“originally had an appointment with the dealership’s collision shop, but after waiting 30 minutes with no response, I called JDS. They immediately told me to stop by, and once I arrived, the process was quick and efficient—within 5 minutes everything was handled, and they even arranged for Enterprise to pick me up.
The repair took about 10 days, mostly due to waiting on parts from the dealership, but JDS kept me updated throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent, and the workmanship on my car was outstanding.

Spoke with the owner a very nice gentleman. He shared with me some interesting details regarding IMR- America. I don’t wanna share his story because it was very personal in nature.
However, I will say this that he is a very accountable and graceful, intentional, passionate, want to see the best in people kind of person. Those characteristics can be exploited by those that prioritize consumption over relational values. I’ll say this as well the people that praise the work. Speak to the heart of the business. Most of the negative reviews are for a lack of seeing the whole picture. Which is understandable. I hope this business grows and the real potential is realized if that is the desire.”
“This Family owned business was a suggestion from a trusted friend. I was super impressed by their professionalism and the fact they knew their Hondas. Had my breaks and rotors replaced and they managed to get it done in an extremely timely fashion. He had also brought my attention to needing an oil change which I had added to getting done last minute. Maurice who took care of me was super friendly and genuine. I’ll definitely be coming here again if anything else needs to be done.”

I didn't want the entire interior shampooed, so they only did the driver's side, and at a reasonable price. I didn't have to make an appointment, which many other places required.”
