“I would recommend Mark Payne Collision Center to anyone who is looking for a repair shop with a highly professional staff, who does outstanding work and goes over and above to ensure the customer is satisfied.
In an effort to assist me with finding a repair shop, my insurance company provided me with 15 pages of shops. Needless to say, it was rather overwhelming. However, I saw the name Mark Payne Collision and remembered that over a decade ago a company with the same last name repaired damages on the car that I owned at that time. I was very satisfied with the company; therefore, I took a chance, hoping that it was the same company.
While it was not the same company, it was the same family. My experience with Mark Payne Collision was even better. The total process was stress free. Arrangements were made to have a rental car delivered to the address at Mark Payne Collision when I dropped off my car for repair; staff continuously communicated with me regarding the status of the repairs; repairs were completed in a timely manner; and Mark Payne made arrangements to have the rental car picked up at the Center. I am definitely a satisfied customer.”

“On September 2, 2026 I pulled into Car Spa Inspection because I had a low tire pressure on my truck.
The manager [Erun?] I know its misspelled sorry..he was kind and helpful to me. Aired my tire & found a nail and suggested I get the tire patched. And he was exactly right. Thank you to this manager for his honesty and courtesy. I recommend you go here for good service.”
“originally had an appointment with the dealership’s collision shop, but after waiting 30 minutes with no response, I called JDS. They immediately told me to stop by, and once I arrived, the process was quick and efficient—within 5 minutes everything was handled, and they even arranged for Enterprise to pick me up.
The repair took about 10 days, mostly due to waiting on parts from the dealership, but JDS kept me updated throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent, and the workmanship on my car was outstanding.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. JDS made a stressful situation easy, and I highly recommend them for collision repair.”

“I previously wrote a review regarding IMR. I deleted that review because I learned something very valuable that I honestly already knew but don’t always apply. That show give people grace. Or S Sam Cooke says it show a little tenderness! I am a man of God and I missed the mark with my review.
We don’t know what a person maybe experiencing. any given moment for us. Maybe just that. There is often more than meets the eye below the surface.
Spoke with the owner a very nice gentleman. He shared with me some interesting details regarding IMR- America. I don’t wanna share his story because it was very personal in nature.
However, I will say this that he is a very accountable and graceful, intentional, passionate, want to see the best in people kind of person. Those characteristics can be exploited by those that prioritize consumption over relational values. I’ll say this as well the people that praise the work. Speak to the heart of the business. Most of the negative reviews are for a lack of seeing the whole picture. Which is understandable. I hope this business grows and the real potential is realized if that is the desire.”

“I've been needing to get my car washed, but when I dumped a HUGE rootbeer all over the drivers seat, floorboard and carpet, I knew yhe time was NOW. I didn't want the entire interior shampooed, so they only did the driver's side, and at a reasonable price. I didn't have to make an appointment, which many other places required.”
