The customer service is excellent, with staff being diligent, excellent in communication, and quick to respond. They are transparent, take full responsibility, and go out of their way to help. The management is welcoming. While most experiences are great, some note that rented cars may not be in very good condition compared to the price. Overall, they are a fair business that earns strong recommendations for their service and dealings.
