“I love this place. I don't go anywhere else when looking for a vehicle. Wayne is fair and friendly, hard to find in the used car business. I know if I have an issue with my car, I can have a conversation with him to work it out and we will most likely come up with a good solution for both of us.”

“The Enterprise off of Carrier Pkwy in Grand Prairie is exceptional! The staff really cares about their customers and will go above and beyond to find you the vehicle you need for your trip. Even with limited sources since the airport was sold out and they only had 3 vehicles and the Jeep Wagoneers had been recalled, they still found me the premium suv vehicle I reserved and the space I needed for our trip. I tell appreciate Brianna and Michael's help with everything! Excellent customer service!”

“We love using Enterprise. Cory at the Grand Prairie location is really helpful and professional. I also like their website, it's easy to pick and choose the vehicle that's appropriate for our need. Prices are sometimes a little high but we do get what we pay for wich is a good and reliable vehicle.”

“AVIS/budget sales team was very accommodating and kept me informed when a car was available. I drove a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it's very great on highway mileage. I would definitely rent from this location again and vehicle.”

“We got stranded in Dallas over this awful winter storm Elliot, Southwest and every transportation company at the airport truly left us and thousands of people with no options to get home. A girl at another Avis location in Grand Prairie told us our Avis reservation somehow wasn’t available and basically told us to leave and figure it out somewhere else. She rudely sent us here to this location off 360 and the incredible man (who has worked for Avis for 38 years!) was our absolute hero and got us a car. We didn’t get his name but he was a wonderful gentleman who saw we were about to end up lost here over Christmas and helped us out. Thank you thank you thank you to the only kind and helpful person in all of Dallas today. ❤️”
