The staff at Banfield in Grand Prairie are so nice, they greet us when we come in, they are very sweet to our Shih Tzu Sasha. The Dr let's us know her well being.

I had a wonderful experience at Banfield! Dr. Lyson and the veterinary assistant were incredibly kind and gentle with my 3 fur babies. They handled my pets with such care that it made the whole visit stress-free. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for compassionate care!
