Today I had my first bad experience there... I put money in the machine it didn't work and the attendant wouldn't gv me my money back

I come here weekly, the staff is nice and usually the people are quiet. It is pretty clean, just needs updating...I never have a problem with my clothes being messed up and I notice the staff is always checking the machines so that is nice.
