“Clean and never too crowded. However, they do not have an attendant there 24 hours, so I was unable to drop off my clothes for their wash/dry/fold service this morning at 5:45am. And twice I've been here and no A/C.”
“I've got to say, absolutely the cleanest and best smelling one I've been in. This place has a nice atmosphere inside, washers clean and free of debris, as well as friendly customer service. Staff answered all questions and walked me through step by step how to use the facility. With surrounding businesses to keep the family entertained for a load or two. All within walking distance. I'd say A plus”

“I have no experience with their dry cleaning, but I am in awe of the customer service of Beth. I lost my AirPods at the Thompson in Dallas, and then they turned up at Gunn’s dry cleaning. Beth sprinted to save the AirPods from the laundry, and then spent multiple days and phone calls arranging them to get back to the Thompson, and ultimately me, safely.
I cannot believe the lengths Beth went through to get these back to me. Incredible. Absolutely astonishing service and care.”

Prices on all machines have gone up by $1. Dryers are still free if you’re washing here. Closes at 9pm but last wash must be done by 8pm.

So far so good. The Sunday crowd is definitely gone by 3 pm. A couple things to keep in mind: hot water, extra wash and extra rinse are extra. The bathrooms and dryers are for washing customers only. Dryers are free for washing customers only. The bathrooms are super clean. It’s a small place, there aren’t many carts. Plenty of parking all around. They offer wash n fold by the pound (not sure what the price is). Washers are coin operated and have a quarter machine and bill-to-bill machine. It’s not bad. I’ll be coming back.”

Says it’s under new management. I would definitely use again.”
