“I have always used micheals, i gave them a 4 because it's so claustrophobic now they are working to get JoAnns customers, which is fine, but they have added product that JoAnns used to carry in a very confined place it's crazy. They need a bigger store.”
“Great for comics, just miss the old days when places like this had action figures and statues everywhere too. As well as tee-shirts you could only find there or online.”
“Excellent place to shop for the home. Fabulous store to shop for gift giving for all ages. Wonderful inventory. I consider Hobby Lobby a “0ne stop shopping” place.”
“My 5 stars goes to a particular employee. His name is Jason over in the RC section. I had a bad experience with another section but Jason brought me back. He made my wife feel incredibly comfortable working on her first RC car. He took the time to explain his process and what each part would do to help the overall performance. He even saved us some money by "you don't need that part. Go with this..." if you ever need a tune up, upgrade, or just want to talk to someone who loves the hobby Jason is your guy.Between you and me, it seems the employees care more about the customers than the manager. But that's just me.....I trust Jason 100%”
“I simply adore this store, just like other Hobby Lobby locations, it’s a crafter’s paradise. There’s so much to choose from, whether you’re into sewing, home décor, seasonal decorations, painting, or DIY projects. I can easily spend hours browsing all the aisles and still feel like you haven’t seen everything.
The store is well stocked and organized, making it easy to find what you need (and a few extra things you didn’t plan on buying). There’s also plenty of free parking.
The staff here are always super nice and helpful, which really adds to the overall positive vibe of the store.
One important thing to keep in mind: they do not accept contactless/tap-to-pay payments. In this day and age, that’s definitely something to be aware of before heading to checkout.”
“Michaels is the devil lol I went in there for two frames from some prints I purchased from a photographer. I couldn't find frames so I grabbed two mats instead. Walked out with 3 bags of goodies. They had a 50% all Valentine's Day collection and I definitely took advantage. Earned a $5 voucher as well. No one greeted me when I entered the store but it's cool because I was on a mission. The cashier seemed a bit annoyed by my questions during checkout but still a decent experience. Store was clean and organized plus I appreciated that they were open until 8 that night.”
“Nice anime store, with good variety and prices. Friendly staff, a good variety of figures both large and small, plenty of posters and buttons as well. Just minimal for Manga and Manwha.”
“I have been all over DFW looking for a shop and I can call “my local card shop” and I have finally found it. There’s a TON of signed memorabilia for all teams, even if the selection is of course Cowboys/Dallas focused. From wall decor, mini helmets, balls, jerseys, you name it they have it. There’s a wide selection of football, basketball, baseball, wrestling (WWE/some AEW), and some Pokémon. They have a wide selection of sealed product, graded slabs, raw cards when it comes to sports. Both new age cards and older cards.
Personally my experience was fantastic. I was greeted very nicely by the man who works the register in the front, and the nice lady who helped me pick out a NFL blaster. In the back, I was helped once again when looking for some WWE stuff! Once I mentioned wrestling, the younger man working in the store had a full conversation with me about CM Punk’s return and it just created a very welcoming atmosphere. Most places here in DFW make you feel like you’re stealing from them when you ask for something, or don’t wanna give you any deals whatsoever. Upon purchasing my NFL blaster, the lady didn’t charge me for my wrestlers and told me they were on the house. Was it only three dollars worth of cards? Yes. But it was more so the kind gesture I appreciated. This is THE sports card store in the DFW area.
I will be back here again and again, with my friends next time.”
“Very clean and quiet. The stamp based stuff is pretty much non-existent, lots of empty pegs and slots. Been that way for awhile. But rest of craft supply stock was good. Cute seasonal as always.”
“Outstanding selection of games as usual. But what set this location apart is how big it was and the space to host games. Be it a TTRPG or Pokémon. Also, if your a veteran ask for the Veterans discount.”
“I LOVE THIS STORE THERE HEADPHONES AND TOYS AND EVERYTHING FOR THE HOUSE AND EVERYTHING IS SUPER CHEAP THE BEST STORE IN THE WORLD BETTER THAN DOLLAR TREE AND BETTER THAN FAMILY DOLLAR.!!!”

“Terrific staff that are very helpful.
I use one of the local U. P s stores to return products with mixed results, usually poor. This time, I decided to give michaels a try to return a package.
I was surprised by the young lady that assisted me and then another delightful
Lady offered to assist as well.
This was a very positive experience that I hope to use going forward.”
“I absolutely love this store, just like the other Michael’s locations. It’s such a fun place to browse, so many options for crafts, DIY projects, seasonal décor, art supplies, baking tools… you name it. If you’re creative (or even just thinking about starting a project), this is the place to come. The also have a lot of cute little starter project kits, where you can buy the packet and get started right away! Like crochet, stitching, painting by numbers..
There’s always so much to choose from, and I find myself discovering new things every time I visit. The store is well organized and easy to shop, with plenty of free parking outside
The staff here are super nice and helpful, and that really makes a difference.”
“I most definitely recommend this company. When we put up a 25 foot flag in our yard. “We didn’t know what we didn’t know” about wear and tear on ropes, flags, lights, and so forth. And of all the companies we contacted they were the only ones that acted concerned about our little non retail flag issue. They fixed it and pleasant to work with. They will be my only call next time I need any flag maintenance.”
“I've been very happy with the beautiful quality of their framing. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. They are careful to use acid free framing materials. I recommend their Master acrylic to protect artwork.”
