Not sure if it's the same Kroger delivery person, but Delivery 6/23/26 11am-12pm gave me fully thawed out frozen items! Delivery 6/28/26 8am-9am gave me a random item I didn't ask for, broken eggs & spilled produce. Only giving 3 stars because CS was kind enough to give me a refund & store credit.
