Kroger is a one-stop shop for thousands of quality food and household products. The store has good prices and a large parking lot. Many employees are excellent and friendly, making it a joy to shop there. However, some staff are not that customer friendly. The store can be short-staffed, with the deli and bakery departments sometimes closed early during peak hours. The outside surroundings are often thrashy, and only self-checkout may be open early. Some product quality, like the ground beef, has received complaints. While convenient and generally good, management needs to address staffing and consistency.
I want acknowledge Kroger staff Priscilla always greeting me helping me out with all my purchases items every time in store to shopping 2 times a week. You need more staff like Priscilla very nice kind and friendly. I would recommend this store to all my family and friends.
