None of the back employees try to even help, they even see you looking for something and totally try to ignore you. They all look like they hate working there. Front register associates on self check out have always been helpful and sweet.

This one in Grand Prairie is so much more organized than the one on 360 and Arkansas Ln. And much friendlier. That other one is always out of things.

I came in about a week ago to do some light shopping and one of the items I wanted to get was expired by a year and others even more than a year. Nearly every single one of them on the shelf. I alerted management and informed that I left the expired items in the aisle floor. I came back today because I want that item, but there is still a shelf full of expired product. Check dates at this store, they don’t care. Photo included taken today 06/19/2024.

Came to return a couple things that I had reason for , after waiting 10 minutes for cs, Bridget the ( manager) made me uncomfortable , discriminates and I mentioned it she said with an attitude she not trying to be shorted me money on my refund twice I just left it alone ??she was very unprofessional and distasteful, hire ppl that actually want to do their job -she didn’t have to act like she worked in a prison. Rude!! She made sure she’s mention my food stamps card vs saying insert your card instead of being loud and getting out of character shame on the hiring manager for her behavior!

Change your store hours if you’re not going to abide by them. My husband went to buy some last minute essentials for our kids before closing time and was told the store was closed before the set hours. We love shopping at Kroger but frankly this was very disappointing because we could have saved time and went somewhere else before closing times. Instead we lost time and lost the opportunity to get essentials elsewhere. The person that works the self check out was the one who expressed this to us. Please change the store hours if it’s such an inconvenience to them to abide by the schedule.

Rushed up to store, I knew they were closing soon. They locked the door 8 minutes till close. I could have been in and out in 4. Security guard just said sorry when I told him they are not closed yet.

Yes I had a pleasant experience with in the store on 01/09/2024. The cashier was really pleasant but no shopping cart was not in the store you had to bring your own cart in.
