The Luxia is poorly managed and will inconvenience residents and their guests by any means necessary. They have a shady towing company that the use that will tow anyone’s car and charges over $300 to get it back… from DALLAS. It’s insane the lack of customer service. Save your peace of mind and avoid moving here.

Came to visit on two occasions both times breeze ways were filthy maintenance staff were in the office standing around. The apartments are nice but the breeze ways made me question the maintenance. Also no elevator
