“If you are looking for a home then here it is. It’s quiet, newly renovated and Ms.Toye (Property manager) is constantly making improvements in order to not just maintain but exceed the tenant expectations. I’ve been here for a month and from Ms.Karla in the office to the maintenance staff who did the make ready on my apartment and back around to Ms.Toye checking in on me and sending up timely emails with updates on my account, everything has been seamless! If you need a place to start, recover, build or put down roots The Chandler is the place to be!”
“I enjoy living at the Bexley Central Park. The staff is wonderful here. They always make you feel important. If by chance there is an issue with something in the apt, well you have experts like Josias who comes in to fix the problem and save the day. “I have been living at winding creek grand prairie location since 2023. And ive loved living here since Jessica took over as new property manager. Amy,John, i believe her name is Courtney. Are supper sweet and try to get things handled as quick as possible. Overall my favorite apartment staff. If your a good tenant they are good to you. They are usually pretty understanding if you communicate well.
Also do a good chunk of events and food trucks..Here is to year 3!!!!!
Any improvements (Towing)
- I would like to see more tow signs at all guess parking spots. There to spread apart and aren't clear for view. So sometimes its just easier to register the guest yourself because the nearest sign is far away.
- as well as residents & non residents knowing covered parking isnt a free spot.”
“I’m currently apartment shopping and came across this community. The apartments themselves are beautiful, but I especially want to acknowledge Tyre, the Assistant Manager. He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I haven’t lived in an apartment in over 15 years, so a lot of the process was new to me, and he took the time to answer all of my questions without ever seeming annoyed or rude. His professionalism truly made the experience enjoyable.”
