“I absolutely love living here I have lived here almost 4 years I’ve had tow apartments here and honestly this staff now Robert, Genesis, and Debbie are amazing they have gone above and beyond for me in some situations and I’m thankful this by far has got to be the best management team they have had. Robert is a great addition to this terraces family he is amazing anytime I need help with anything he’s right on it. Then Jose the head maintenance person well in my book he’s great anytime he sees me and he had to do a repair he will ask me is everything ok. Just the staff in general are great even the cleaning lady I don’t know her name though.???”

“The first few months living here where great…I don’t like the addition of the speed bumps .My grill was thrown out or stolen sitting out side of my garage that I pay for ….the two bedrooms are just to small here so I will not be renewing. I also don’t like cleanliness of the property. Garbage has been piled up since Christmas time.”

“The moving process is already a tiring, dragging & frustrating time normally but I have to say this was not the case how ever. After looking at many complexes this one not only sold me by the inside of the beautiful apartment & amenities but the amazing staff who helped make this process so much smoother then what I’m use too. The leasing consultant Mya was simply amazing. She helped me and my partner through the process, remained patient & stretched herself thin to make sure we were fully accommodated and satisfied. My only regret was not looking at these apartments sooner.”
