“The staff has been amazing with communication and onboarding. I can’t say enough about the property manager, Toye, who assisted and was able to better understand my needs and went above and beyond expectations. I look forward to being a tenant here for a very long time and appreciate everything.
UPDATE: We had a maintenance issue over the weekend, and the maintenance team was there at my apartment asap. Secondly, I noticed they were extremely meticulous about cleaning up and ensuring everything was up to par before leaving. The ladies up front were prompt and even came by afterward to make sure everything was ok. Just thought it should be known they went above and beyond during this emergency.”
“I enjoy living at the Bexley Central Park. The staff is wonderful here. They always make you feel important. If by chance there is an issue with something in the apt, well you have experts like Josias who comes in to fix the problem and save the day. A Big thank you to all of the Bexley Central Park Staff!!!”

They are so efficient and I will give them 10 stars they put effort on everything and they make you apartment feel like home including the office they always welcome you and they are so nice,polite and wonderful 10/10 Thank you so much for your service all this years. “I have been living at winding creek grand prairie location since 2023. And ive loved living here since Jessica took over as new property manager. Amy,John, i believe her name is Courtney. Are supper sweet and try to get things handled as quick as possible. Overall my favorite apartment staff. If your a good tenant they are good to you. They are usually pretty understanding if you communicate well.
Also do a good chunk of events and food trucks..Here is to year 3!!!!!
Any improvements (Towing)
- I would like to see more tow signs at all guess parking spots. There to spread apart and aren't clear for view. So sometimes its just easier to register the guest yourself because the nearest sign is far away.
- as well as residents & non residents knowing covered parking isnt a free spot.”
“I’m currently apartment shopping and came across this community. The apartments themselves are beautiful, but I especially want to acknowledge Tyre, the Assistant Manager. He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I haven’t lived in an apartment in over 15 years, so a lot of the process was new to me, and he took the time to answer all of my questions without ever seeming annoyed or rude. His professionalism truly made the experience enjoyable.”
“Pretty good place to live. The staff is nice, maintenance fixes things fast, and the apartments stay clean. It’s usually quiet and feels safe. Good location too. Overall I’ve had a good experience living here and would recommend it.”
“I like to give thanks to art the manager and Noemi and Marcy they are a greet they are a super crew working together I used to live here once back in 2014 to 2020 and it was bad now it’s way better I know some people here give bad reviews but I’m telling now it’s way better and also the maintenance guys who work here are fantastic if your looking for a good apartment to live at I suggest you stop by here they will help you get in and the price is really good and affordable don’t worry about the past reviews come over here and the crew will be glad to get you in”
