“This store is tiny but packed to the gills with tons of unique items. It's well organized and new merchandise gets put out all the time. Decent prices too. I could spend hours in there looking at everything. A couple of doors down are other thrift stores that are also good.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Naomi is absolutely amazing and deserves recognition (and a raise!). From the moment I walked in, she was kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, taking the time to answer questions and help without ever making me feel rushed. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out and made my visit memorable. Employees like Naomi are the reason people keep coming back to Goodwill. She is a huge asset to the team, and I hope management knows how lucky they are to have her! 10/10”

“One of the larger TGs in the area! Lots of selection. Not as many racks for men as there are for women, and pricing could be a bit high... but still great value compared to the mall! There tends to be a lot more natural fibers here (linen, cotton) as compared to other locations, so it's good for people who sweat too much in polyester”

“They have clothes much like you would find at many thrifts. They also have salvaged items like chips, candies, cleaning products and other miscellaneous food choices. I enjoyed my visit and found things reasonably price.”

“Thrift Giant is a massive thrift store with an enormous selection. There’s so much to look through that it’s almost impossible to see everything in one visit—every rack is packed, and the variety across categories is impressive.
The layout can be a bit confusing at times. For example, shoes are placed above clothing racks, which made browsing slightly less easy.
One big plus is that they have both dressing rooms and bathrooms, which is very convenient if you plan on spending a good amount of time shopping. However, the dressing room hours are a bit unclear—they seemed to close around 7 pm on weekdays, which is about an hour before the store itself closes.”

“Lower the prices andquit telling us to "round up" that's why we senior citizens shop there in the first place. Other than that I guess it's an ok place.”

“Sharon is wonderful!! Her joy and excitement are contagious and she obviously loves what she does. She has made our moving experience as painless as possible and has gone way above and beyond what we expected. I recommend her to anyone and everyone that needs to hire a full-scale estate sale company. She is trustworthy and scrupulous in all she does!”

“I love ALL variety items at the Dallas,TX location although, wishing they'd have more furniture & record pieces. By the way, customer service and music is excellent! My favorite of all is the retails plastic bags. ❤️”

3.7 Good126 Reviews

“Love this place. I always find so many women's clothing pieces with the tags still on them. Prices are a bit high for a Goodwill, but I have found some good finds. I've found a really cool vintage 80s leather jacket, some bright 90s purple vintage pants with the tags still on, a new Anthropologie sheer blouse with the tags still on as well. You really got to dig to find the finds, but if you're in that mindset this is the place!”

3.7 Good20 Reviews

“I will say that it is packed; however, the lady at the front was nice, and it had so much items that were cool and funky. Antique/vintage/nostalgic vibes! I would come back again.”

3.6 Good28 Reviews

“They have alot to look at. Reasonable prices for the most part. Clerk up front asked me how I was doing. Store is clean and organized. Took me 3 hrs to look through everything.”

“I love coming to this store, the clothes are clean, the place is clean just something I don't enjoy is the kind of music. They should have a better choice of music. Piano, jazz, saxophone, kind of enjoyable for all everyone. For sure they will make more sells.”

3.6 Good81 Reviews

“One of the nicest thrift stores in Dallas with lots of great finds at great prices! The extra bonus is that people in need within the community are helped from the sale of the donated goods at the store.”

“Visited this store for the first time today. I came there looking for a dress coat, and I actually found one that fit in the right color. The tag said $7.99, but I ended up getting charged around $4.67. I agreed to round up to the nearest dollar for charity and was given a little bag of Ferrero Rocher chocolate. Great experience.”

“I would recommend for senior day they have 50% off all thrift items on Wednesday and on Thursday all kids thrift clothes and items are 50% off. You can find good clothing for 1.00 when you go those days.”

3.4 Good56 Reviews

“Visited to see what items are sold and if I can donate items too. They accept donations during the working hours and the staff are friendly. The thrift store has a variety of items - mostly used. Some are in good condition and of you need to get something nice, you need time to go through the isles.”

3.3 Good41 Reviews

“Small-ish Goodwill store. With a moderate selection of items...mostly clothing though. Staff are hit or miss. Some are super friendly and some act like the hate the place. Pricing has been inconsistent recently.”

“I was a bit hesitant to come to this location because of the reviews, but I am glad that I did. Despite not many of my items being chosen, the staff members were very friendly! They even helped me take my bins and bags back to my car. Overall amazing experience!”

3.4 Good163 Reviews

“The store is more organized than previously. Sales are texted regularly, just sign up. I found great Christmas bargains, some Fitz and Floyd. Also, quality clothing and glassware. The inventory is at the mercy of donations. Just go when you have time.”

“I completely understand the ratings now. This is one of those thrift stores. You really have to search. They do have good sales not all the time good quality. also, they have a lot of organic foods that are cheaply discounted, most of them expired though. I did find some organic sprouted pumpkin seeds for three bucks that wasn’t expired. So you can find good deals here, you just have to search, make sure it’s not expired, and make sure it’s not going to tear apart within a week lol I can definitely see this as a spot where you don’t have clothes you don’t care about the quality and you just need something to put on.”
