If you’re in the Grand Prairie location, Only use this U-Haul location for the best services, trucks and outstanding customer service. Kirby provided an high level of customer service and assisted me from start to finish which made my move transition smoothed and hassled free.

Great service and scheduling was no issue. I had a hitch installed and Larry and John got me squared away without any issues, in exactly the time they said it would be done. I would recommend getting hitches installed at this location.
