“Victor provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of helping me secure my storage unit. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, made sure I understood everything, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
It’s rare to come across someone who is both informative and genuinely cares about helping their customers. If you’re looking for excellent service, I highly recommend working with Victor. Thank you again for making the process so easy!”
“Malek was awesome. Very knowledgeable and took care of me in minutes. So glad the biggest plus is i can talk to someone face to face. He took care of me with no issues. Very straight forward. Thank you Malek”

“Had a rough start with customer service but Veronica and Audrey both came through and really helped out. The facility is very clean. These women do a great job! I will highly recommend this storage facility to others thanks to both these women.”
“I love ❤ all team. Thank you so much public storage in Grand Prairie. It’s been almost 10 months working with this team due to the loss of my past boyfriend Robert. Thank you team for everything.”
“I want to say that this public storage use to be SecurCare is a great place to rent a unit and Give this storage facility a 100 and Abby you are amazing manager there very sweet and professional.”
“The owners and employees really took care of us here, going above and beyond at times when they do their walkarounds of the property and notice anything off, either taking care of small problems for me so I don't have to drive out there or at least letting me know of something that needs my attention. You can't go wrong with renting an RV space here. It's a bit pricey, but the customer service is beyond reproach.”
“The ladies working here 💯 very rare to find people thats willing to help a stranger these days! Ms Sarah and Bridget go above and beyond to help!
Recommend for sure
Please Public Storage i understand you just bought out the existing owners! With that being said you just inherited employees during that transition that exceeds on customer the service front, I had over 5 units from you over the years! They deserve a raise and being recognized for being great assets to PS and not more numbers/employees added during a transition!!!
Suggestion please consider adding 24x7 capability to this site!”
“The best customer service in business. Can't express that enough. Mr. THURMAN and his staff go above and beyond, ...making a challenging/stressful situation manageable!!!! The storage facilities are well maintained and secure. The price is perfect for someone with a lifetime of treasures and memories to hoard and protect under lock and key.
Thank you Sunbelt and Mr. Thurman!!
Sherry S. BAYLOR and Family.”
“Christie is so kind, accommodating, & her smile will brighten your day, no matter what your reason for needing a storage is! Best Little Warehouse has the cheapest rates- bar none! If I need another storage, this is undoubtedly the only place I will do business with! Check them out, y'all! 5stars!”
“Ms. Isabel has been the kindest attendant here at Public Storage in Grand Prairie. I have been a tenant for over a year and have received nothing but the utmost respect and service. Whatever it is, just call. There are more than happy to actually help. Thank you Public Storage, Ms. Isabel and associates.”
“Clean property have had any issues been there almost 2 years. Gate always works properly. Definitely would recommend nice and cool on the comic controlled units.”
“I had a fantastic experience renting a unit here. What truly stood out was the customer service. Stacie was amazing! She answered all my questions clearly and professionally and helped me find the perfect size unit for my needs. It's rare to find such helpful service. The storage units themselves are also very clean!”

“I'm flabbergasted on all the negative comments. I got here in the wee hours of the morning, immediately got a door, although the door they gave me was occupied, but while waiting, every truck that pulled in, got a door. Actually saw some trucks come and go. I wasn't in a big hurry anyway.”
“This was the last-minute deal. I picked it up on the Fourth of July. Everything was ready. The three people that were working were awesome and helped me I couldn’t ask for better service!
Love me some U-Haul and give those folks a raise. Thank you.”
“This Location is busy, but always provides great service, both at pick up and return. You may have to wait a bit at pick up because it’s a busy location, but equipment is always in great condition and ready to go! They take care of you coming and going!”
