The line was out the door, I walked right out. I was not going to stand in line for 20 minutes waiting to collect my mail they didn’t deliver.

Woman first chair, no greeting, not friendly, almost rude. Never got off chair. I had trouble adding my email address for signature confirmation. No help at all. Im not going to mention her name. Did not wear a name badge. If I come, I will wait in line for someone else.
