Clerk #8 has always been very courteous, kind and professional. She's helpful and explains in detail mailing options. She's very knowledgeable about the USPS. Please allow this location to be a flagship location for Post Office's for DFW.”

“We visited the W Westchester Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX Post Office today to close a PO Box and forward our mail. Amy was so incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. She walked us through every step (it's much more complicated now than it used to be) and took the extra time to ensure our Box rental was cancelled and reassured us that she would keep an eye out and let us know if there were any unexpected issues.
