I want to sincerely thank the staff at the Grand Prairie USPS office for going above and beyond to help me locate a package sent from overseas. Due to a ZIP code error, the package was delayed and difficult to track. For a while, no one could tell where it was. Thankfully, the team at this location took the time to investigate and were finally able to locate it. The package was at a different USPS location. They called me when they found the package and even helped arrange with the other USPS branch for me to pick it up in person. The two staff members I spoke with on the phone were incredibly helpful and patient, and I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Thank you again!

The lady in the office at the end by the door help me I didn't get her name but I notice she has a pink cup with pearls around it she was helpful patient and friendly. Also kuddos to the mailman that delivers to Derby park he is always helpful and answers all my questions you rock!!!!

I just left there and i only had a question about finger prints and the guy at front kept asking questions so rude like do you have a valid passport or Dl I will never go there anymore someone like him needs to be retired if he can handle customer service

Guy at the counter talks chit chats with people too much takes me 30 minutes to get a role of stamps. And he insists on dragging conversation out of my so I act like I'm on the phone to avoid him asking me how my day is going 10 times

I happen to work near this post office and need to get my passport. I’ve noticed that all other post offices that offer passport services accept walk-ins if someone doesn't show up for their appointment or if there are available slots, except for this branch.
I spoke to the person in charge, and in the end, they said they didn’t want people staying in the office all day. However, if someone needs a passport and is willing to wait, that’s their choice, not yours. After all, you are getting paid with taxpayer money. The people you serve are your bosses, and it’s your job to accommodate their needs.
If this is truly something impossible to manage, then how are the other branches doing it without their buildings being flooded with people? Clearly, it can be done elsewhere, so why not here?

I am leaving a review because I live in The Kace in Grand Prairie and this is a large community however, this postal service particular location. They are always leaving my packages or leaving messages on the opposite door there are.A & B Sides to this complex and every time I never get my packages delivered on time because carriers are becoming lazy. They leave messages through the app saying that they made an attempt when I work from home and no one has made an attempt I’m just sick of it … today is July 28, 2024 and now I have to go to the post office because they said they made an attempt and they did not in my package is there so ridiculous

I accidentally called this post office not knowing it was the wrong location for my mail but the person I spoke to was extremely nice and still helped me anyways and called the correct location for me!
