They want you to work 90hrs a week just so they can fire you because you didn't sign up for more overtime. Family life is nonexistent with this place.. sure it pays good. But why would that matter if your just stuck at work literally all the time..

After waiting on dock for three hours, they say your load not ready for today

The staff is beyond helpful and professional. It's gets busy and can be tight but someone will spot you if needed. Pull up to the gate, call the number to check in. Pull through the gate and park on the right, plenty of room. Walk around the building to the docks, walk up the ramp and then down the docks on the right is the shipping office to checkin. Go back to your truck and wait for a call. Once called, drive around the building, turn right up the hill and then back down the hill into the docks. If you get dock 6, it's still a blind back and you'll need a spotter. But, a painless deal overall. Would have given five stars but too many pallets stacked around the yard. People are great.

A little annoyed with company. Truck driver, needed to drop off pallet load to
Them. Security says I can’t wait on property out of the way from everyone parked here in the photo. There is literally no where to go, had to drive 23 miles away to sleep, 4 hours later get up and come back. Signage is posted but accidentally went left, suppose to go straight, couldn’t find the dock. Called them back, lady says there is a dock soon as you come out gate, look left. It’s so tiny I missed it. Very tight, lots of trucks all waiting to get to this tiny dock. Will never haul pallets to this company again. Such a pain. Not worth the hassle. Not to mention loading the pallets up at CHEP in Dallas was a nightmare, no one speaks English so couldn’t check in. Got 5 hours in loading and unloading for 500 bucks. Lost a whole day messing with this. Lesson learned.

Worst place don’t come here if your trailer is not clean or brand new.

This place is the best in the world that I can see to load. At first I was afraid to get here. I looked at bad comments but on the contrary, the people here are very friendly. They almost take you by the hand if you don't know how and they load quickly. I give them 100%.

Great stop. Folks there were top rate. Super nice. Docking for loading just a little challenging. Not dad. Pre-check in by phone at gate. Park on right after entering past gate. Walk around back to shipping office that is up dock stairs.

Appt time 2pm. Arrived at 10 am. Out before 12.No parking over night, but there is a staging area that fits 8 or 9 trucksn inside the gate, while you wait for your dock assignment.

Arrived at 0930, appointment at 1200, dock at 1000, got loaded right away, docking the truck is a fun little challenge, up the hill to the right and back in, pretty cool, no complaints thank you for the quick service.
