I have changed many batteries, but if I attempted this one, it would have been many hours of cursing under my breath, so I left it to the PROs, and I’m glad I did. “Awesome Customer Service! Here on vacation and my trucks air conditioner went out! Contacted Highland Safety Center and asked them if they could take a look. They told me to bring the truck in so they could check it out. Drove the truck to the shop and Buddy got right on it, connected my truck to the machine and diagnosed it in no time! Luckily I was able to fix the issue myself and get it back to them so they could charge the AC. Again on my return trip they took the truck straight to the back and charged my ac system! Thank You Highland Public Saftey Center!”

“Incredible service. Dan was actually in line at Auto Zone where I was buying a battery for a friend who had come to visit and was listening to a conversation about a battery purchase I was making and just happened to mention that I was buying the wrong battery. Not only did he get me the correct battery, when I asked him if his shop was open (it was a Saturday afternoon) so we could get it installed, he said "no, not really open today, but follow me down there (to O'Malley's) and I'll put it in for you". Wow. Then he tried to not even take payment from us. I will be back.”
“So far so good! Fast, efficient, honest, friendly, professional service. Their behavior was not overly communicative, humorous or intrusive. Those traits make me so uncomfortable. I had an issue with the light above my license plate and I was stressing out over it since I don't know much about cars. They were very professional and A to B. They handled it for me in a snap. I've lived in a lot of different states and good mechanics are rare and hard to come by, in my experience. Most try to rip me off, assume I'm stupid and leech money from me, or flat out don't know what they're doing. I'm confident in their ability and I intend to make these guys my go-to for car repair from now on.”

“In this day and age of distrust and disheartening inflation, I want to thank this business for their honesty, integrity and excellence. They did an excellent job on a truck repair awhile back, and yesterday, they checked out my A/C air compressor only to learn that it had just been overcharged. They were able to take me in as a walk-in, and they refused to charge for the evaluation. They can be sure that we will take our vehicles to them for all A/C maintenance in the future, and any other mechanical issues.”

“It was a 180 degree turnaround from my previous experience. The service manager Geoff contacted me and apologized for my last experience. He made appointment for me to come in and with the service writer Mr. Todd, the mechanic and service manager Geoff McElroy they repaired the truck and haven't had any trouble since. Good Job”

I was met by Kimberly at the counter and if they have a customer award, she should definitely get it. The oil tech explained everything to me twice lol he knew I didn't get it the first time. I used their coupon and got an incredible savings.”

“Needed a rear differential for my car. Was worried about dealing with someone from so far away as I am in NJ. There was originally an issue with the part that was sent out by Hill Country Auto Salvage. Upon contacting them about this their service was fantastic they corrected the mistake and shipped out the correct part free of charge. Very professional, would highly recommend working with them!”

We set up a time, I met her personally & she had everything set up for me to experience the 2 cars I was interested in. Within an hour I was being processed for the purchase. Burnet Glass doesn't have many reviews but I trusted the 1 that I saw and left a message for them. They quickly returned my call and asked for me to text with the details and a photo of the window in question.They were not expected to be able to look at it for a few days but ended up coming the same day. Gave me a reasonable quote with complete info as to timeline and terms.The product came in right on time and the appointment was scheduled. After a rocky start to the install (all due to an issue on my side), they completed the job. Even though it took a lot longer than they anticipated, they stuck with the amount quoted.”
