I recently purchased a car from Luis at this dealership. He has been unresponsive post purchase. I took my car to another dealership to get it checked out and was told the oil pan was not sealed. I've tried to contact him via text and phone. Providing excellent service continues after purchase. He was my point of contact but never greeted me or thanked me. A different salesperson wrote up the paperwork and did the test drive but added Louis' name. I'm disappointed in the lack of follow up. Avoid him as your salesperson.

i visited this dealership (audi grapevine) and i would advise any & all to not do business with these people. they're very unethical. i specifically told them i wasn't interested in them doing a hard inquiry on my credit as i hadn't totally made up my mind. the sales rep "valeri hernandez" assured me they would not. she told me they only needed to make a "soft inquiry" however, tshe was telling a lie. i left the dealership & the sales mgr phoned me & i told him i was not interested. they made 3 hard inquiries on all 3 credit bureas.

Slimy We were interested in buying a car from this dealership and had come to an agreement on price. We sent an email asking if we could put a deposit on the car to hold it, as it would be another day until we could get eyes on the car. We did not get a response to that email or a follow up. We also asked for some videos of the car and we were told they would be sent - but they were not. The next day after seeing the car we were ready to finalize the deal ... only to find out that they had taken a deposit the night before from someone else. We were upset as we had asked to put a deposit on it earlier that day and had not been given an opportunity to do so. Then the sales manager who informed us of the situation said that if we agreed to the full price - not the negotiated price -- we could have the car. While we briefly deliberated that option, we asked to speak to the general manager. He informed us that in fact they could not reneg on the pending deal with the customer who had placed the deposit, and only if that client changed their mind and forfeited their deposit could we have the car. Bottom line - don't deal with Audrey Tillemans, the sales manager who did not deal fairly with us and then tried to get us to pay more than agreed to get the car, while also dealing unfairly ( and apparently breaching a contract ) with another client. Maybe it's best to avoid this dealership altogether.

After two bad experiences with the service department and two emails providing feedback going unanswered I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to purchase a new RS5. The young lady that offered to help said the vehicle was being serviced but would be right out. 30 minutes later she approached us and asked if we had been helped. Had no idea who we were. She once again did not return with the car. I am now a proud owner of a 2024 BMW M4 Competition. Never thought I would see the day I would leave Audi but glad I did. BWM is superior at every level in my opinion.

I inquired about a vehicle through the Costco auto program, and was told the vehicle was available and scheduled a test drive. Upon arriving, they did not have the model year I requested and would not honor the price that Costco stated they would beat (for reference, check out the program for details on how this works). So, the usual dealer bait and switch, but they were friendly enough, and I didn't take too much offense to usual lies, misdirection, and tired sales tactics that have likely work on less informed consumers. I am rating two starts because they did provide something valuable, and for only an hour or so of my time. As a professor that teaches data-driven decision making, I like to use these kinds of experiences in the classroom to demonstrate how businesses and people take advantage of others. So, Audi Grapevine, thanks for the teaching moment; many of your future potential buyers will now have the benefit of learning from my experience with you.

I purchased my A5 and Q7 from Audi Grapevine when I lived in Southlake. I've since moved outside of Austin and tried to purchase a Q8 from Audi North Austin. I inquired about their advertising internet pricing and was sent a quote that was almost double. I had an email from Riley Cooper at Audi Grapevine offering some incentives if I wanted to trade my Q7 in. I love 184 miles away but I thought I would see what they would offer. Riley worked with me on the web special and used various means to get to a very attractive price on the car I wanted. We did most of the paperwork over the phone and email. The following morning I drove up, did the final signatures, and was out of there in less than an hour with a great car at a very fair price. It was worth the 6-hour round trip drive for the car, price, and service I received. Audi North Austin could have put minimal effort in and made a sale (I get a new Audi every 2-3 years). I will continue to deal with Audi Grapevine, mostly due to the effort Riley and Dax put in to make me feel like a highly valued repeat customer.

We purchased a Volkswagen from this location. When buying the vehicle we were informed we would be treated properly if we had any issues with our vehicle and we could even bring our vehicle for maintenance if needed. We called this week with a check engine light issue and were informed we would be able to bring our vehicle in to be checked however we could not get a rental because the rentals are for "Audi customers." I really wish they would have voiced that from the beginning because I would have purchased my vehicle where I would be treated as an actual customer.

I have never left a review for a dealership other than Sewell cause quite frankly none deserved it at least until now. I tried out a couple of other Audi dealerships and I might as well have been talking to a rock. No one wanted to take the time and work with me and I am a cash buyer! Seriously? Called Grapevine Audi and initially talked to the internet manager Audrey. Much to my amazement we came up with an initial deal on a new 2023 Audi after some negotiation. I was then passed off to a sales lady named Aspen who was very knowledgeable and actually acted like she wanted to sell me a vehicle. After a few exchanged phone calls a deal was struck and here is my favorite part. We did the deal and I live in a different state and I got to keep my truck until the vehicle arrived. No other dealership even considered this! Needless to say I arrived there and was taken care of by Aspen like I actually mattered. Hats off to Audi Grapevine. It was as good as my Sewell experiences were. Sewell in Dallas is known for their excellent customer care. I bought three Hummers from those guys and Grapevine Audi on this experience is their equal. All in all a great experience!

If I could give them zero stars, I would I used to work with the detailing company inside Audi. I have seen the real faces of the managers at Audi and how they treat people; all they care about is the money, not the value of their customers. The managers at Audi are racist. When a customer lost his stuff from his car, the sales manager started laughing about his accent. Oh, there's more let's start with the sales manager who got me fired from my job because I was setting on the car hood that I thought it was my car, My car was right next to the car I was setting on Let's say I was in the wrong, but they talked to me in the most disrespectful way; he cussed me and said all the words, and he got me fired. The day I got fired, one of their employees chased me down the street and nearly sideswiped me, and they tried to blame me. All of you are some scared, b all they have to do is check their cameras and see how dumb they are. THE MANAGER THAT GOT ME FIRED ( BENSON) Never deal with him or Audi all the cars are trash

If you want a dealership that doesn't value the consumers time and complete lack of accountability this is the place for you!! Chris Fields showed me a car so new to inventory not detailed. I took if for a test drive said I'd be back later that day with my partner. He texted to ask if I had questions I did not. Came back at 6p with the car sold?? I understand but where is the communication? Then when I asked him why no text.. completely defensive!! Any salesman worth his salt would be apologetic or even try to upsell me into a different car.. NOPE! Not Chris. Here is what I got instead "You didn't reply to my text"--What?? I had no questions?? and "how did I know you were coming back"--What?? I told you clearly. You said it would be off to detail for my return. Then proceeds to tell me about the buyer of the car--What?? why do I care.. Ahh then it makes sense he likely sold the car himself. I'm a serious woman and I'm going to be taking this up to the highest levels I can to make my dissatisfaction known. GO TO ANY OTHER AUDI DEALERSHIP!!

The service at this dealership have gone downhill in the last few years. I took my car to this dealership to get it checked as the battery kept dying so I had to keep jump starting the car. They could not find any issues so they would have me pick up the car and kept telling me that they could not find anything wrong with the car, however the car after being parked overnight would not start in the morning so I would call them again and did this four times. After the fourth time the manager told me my car was old anyways and it was time to get a newer car as this car was going to keep causing issues (an Audi TT). I felt insulted and I told him I am not ready to buy a new car, hence why I was trying to get it fixed, after a long conversation he said if I paid for a 4-hour manual check front to back they could probably find the issue but there was no guarantee. The cost was going to be approximately $800.00 This was after they had made me drop off the car 4 times but they could not find anything wrong... I refused and told him I will pick up my car and take it somewhere else and so I did. I took my car to a small shop by my house and they found the issue within an hour and the cost was $150. I will never go back to this dealership and I will never buy an Audi again.

Come to this dealership if you like to be sold a car with extreme safety concerns, love being gaslighted, have your personal information used and your credit score impacted by their mistakes. This dealership but a temporary tag in my name for a car I do not have which racked up tolls. Now I am on the hook for a collection notice for the tolls someone else incurred. I have called and emailed multiple times and have not received any responses. Whoever is R Norris told me they would send a check and I haven't seen anything. He continues to ignore me. I've been hung up on multiple times, and the manager has not responded. At this point, I'm going to escalate the issue to the Texas Attorney General and the Department of Motor Vehicle. I'm sure if whoever the general manager is had someone misuse his information and have an account that wasn't his on his credit report he'd feel the same way.

I have been sold a lemon, a QA5. I have literally been to Audi Grapevine at least 15 times for similar issues. I had it there last Wednesday saying it needed oil and now Monday it wouldn't start and would only go 25 MPH. My car is a 2022 so not too old. I tried to meet with the manager Pedro, he never answered my phone calls and one time when I went in person, he ducked out of the office through a different door. Always get the same thing from service folks. I even have evidence I've been there more times than my service records reflect because of the Alto texts I got from the shuttle service. My repairs have even involved leaking oil from the engine! No help just hype. I tried to get this car declared a lemon and they gave me to a guy named Eddie who just tried to sell me a car, but only half way. Never called me back and then said oh Audi won't help us I thought I called you back. Nope. The only thing I can do is warn everyone of my experiences and to make your own decision about whether you want to deal with these folks. I'm selling my car and buying something else, it's not worth the pain of having an unreliable car and taking it to the dealership so many times with no fix. I could try to declare it a lemon but that takes time, too. I would caution people about the Q5s because they are actually put together in Mexico and I've heard that some are OK but others are NOT! This car is not assembled in Germany.

The lack of professionalism and respect toward women is disheartening. This dealership is one that I would NOT recommend. I had to click one otherwise they would receive NO STARS.

This place sold us a car didn't communicate with us the mistake THEY made! Worst customer service we have experienced while buying a care! Just know they will screw up and blame customer! DO NOT BUY CARS FROM LOCATION!!!! Also called and yelled at my wife(bullied) and when I got on the phone the tone changed quickly! Just know horribly ran and horrible communication as well as rude to women! If you look up reviews you'll see why you should NOT shop here for a vehicle! The list of bad reviews goes on FOREVER!
