FYE Grapevine is a store for movies, music, T-shirts, collectibles, electronics, and more, including a large selection of entertainment products and popular merchandise. The store offers a brilliant injection of nostalgia with a large footprint, providing many interesting items and cool stuff to check out, with a decent turnover in product. Many customers found the staff friendly, super helpful, knowledgeable, and providing excellent customer service with a polite and welcoming presence. However, some felt the staff weren't very helpful and that they felt unwelcome when asking questions. The store management states that memberships are clearly communicated as a free trial. Overall, it is a good place for great entertainment and unique collectibles.
Store was great but when asked if I want to sign up for their loyalty plan I was not told it would charge a monthly fee! BEWARE!!

A very cool place with a lot of neat items but a tad expensive. One item I wanted was nearly twice the rental price. It wasn't a bad store overall but that is a factor to consider.

Loved this store. Found an awesome piece from 'The Nun' to add to my collection I haven't seen anywhere else. On top of that, the lady working was super friendly and helpful.
