If they ask u to put ur email in for a discount DO NOT DO IT. Never mentioned anything about me getting charged monthly??? Made it sound like a one time thing and I got an 11 dollar charge to my account. Heck no! Had to call and cancel

Had gone in not to long ago and asked about Funko I had been wanting. Was told they that can have one sent to the store and they would be able to hold it for a few days and they would call us when it came in. They called and left a voicemail and within that hour of receiving that voicemail they had sold it. We had called them to let them know we'd come in to pick it up the next day and they had told us that they don't do holds like that. So the lies and lack of consideration for the request has rubbed me the wrong way especially since I had requested the item myself and was told I'd get it.

Be aware of FYE Backs membership scam. The cashier tricks you into signing up for a free store subscription that ends up costing you $11.99 a month. Come to find out lots of ppl are getting scammed. Already reported to my bank!!!

My friend was tricked into a subscription membership when told it was free. The girl never mentioned it was a membership.

A very cool place with a lot of neat items but a tad expensive. One item I wanted was nearly twice the rental price. It wasn't a bad store overall but that is a factor to consider.

Wow Juanitas energy is absolutely amazing. I walked by another employee who didn't even look in my direction. So I walked to the front and was greeted by the most polite and welcoming presence and then boom Juanita! And talk about knowledgeable 1 question in and she knew what and where her product was. The definition of excellent customer service and general human connection!

The store wasn’t super organized and was in a bit of disarray. We were not greeted upon walking in. Regardless of the state of the store, we continued shopping and found a graphic novel series on the shelf that was missing book 2, since no associate was on the floor we decided to to ask at the register if there was more stock in the back(Iwe wanted to take advantage of the big one get one half off deal they had). When we got to the register the man and asked if they had stock in the back, the employee behind the counter was super flippant and rude stating, “no girl, we never keep stock in the back, “ in a very rude and condescending tone. I was completely taken aback as this was our first interaction with them. My partner then asked if one of the books he had grabbed (as a back up to the one we wanted) was going to be apart of the buy one get one half off deal, “how am I supposed to… I don’t know.” When I responded “oh, is there a way to check,” He talked over me and said, “well is it a Manga?” rolled his eyes and as we tried to respond started talking over us to someone who I am guessing they were looking to hire based on the conversation they were having over us. The employee continued ringing in our items while talking to the other male and never answered our question even when we asked a second time. We didn’t even finish looking through the store when he asked us to pay, which he would have known we were still looking if he listened to anything we had said. We honestly should not have bought anything. Ultimately, we decided it wasn’t worth spending more money there and walked to BAM instead.
The tone of the clerk throughout the entire conversation was super demeaning and standoff-ish. Our tone was inquisitive and curious to look for potential stock in the back. It a bummer that this ship could be such a great experience for us as we saw a lot of things in our niche but the employees definitely did not care for the presentation of the store or the customers. It was a complete slap in the face type of experience. I would not recommend going in if you can avoid it.

This place was good for what it was. Also, it was a brilliant injection of nostalgia because all the FYEs in my area went extinct years ago.
This store has a larger footprint than many of the FYEs I went in years ago, so you'll be able to look for a while, and the staff was friendly during our visit.
This mall is hopping, so coming back every so often should offer a decent turnover in product.

Be careful with them offering you the Fye Backstage Pass. I clearly asked the employee if it was free and he said yes. I am now being charged a monthly fee!

Loved this store. Found an awesome piece from 'The Nun' to add to my collection I haven't seen anywhere else. On top of that, the lady working was super friendly and helpful.

Visited in late July and was given advertisements and coupons. They asked if I wanted to be a member, but did not say it cost anything. I was just charged 11.99 this month and had to call customer service. I asked to be taken off the membership, and the employee kept telling me all the benefits. And that she would keep me on until I have time to think about it. I had to tell her sternly that I didn't want it.

Bought a puzzle and I'm missing a piece. I looked in the bag but I can't find the receipt. The puzzle company nmrbrands won't send me the missing piece without a receipt. Even then they don't send just a piece, they send the entire puzzle or entirely different puzzle.

I can’t give zero stars or I would. I bought a few items recently and was offered to join their free loyalty program to save 10% and like an idiot I did it. After I got home and looked at the booklet they stuffed in the bag it appeared it was actually a monthly membership with a fee that I never could find stated. I got online and sent emails and chat messages to get this cancelled before my 30 day free trial ended. I was never told any of this by the “helpful” employee and you can bet I will never buy anything from that overpriced store again. Stay away far away.

They enrolled my 16 year old in a “discount membership” and did not mention it is $12 a month.
Legally, you have to be 18 to join this type of membership. They never asked her age and or told her there was a monthly fee. We only found out when the fee hit her account. The website makes it hard to get a live person. Luckily, they canceled her membership and gave her a refund for the monthly fee.
