LEGOLAND Discovery Center Dallas Fort Worth is an ultimate indoor LEGO playground located at Grapevine Mills Mall. It is filled with LEGO attractions and rides, best for kids and adults who love Lego. Families with young children can enjoy a world of creativity, color, and building fun.
The experience is good for babies, toddlers, and even big kids. Highlights include Lego themed flowers, princesses, and buildings, with everything made out of Lego. Notable activities are building your own Lego car to drive on a track, the Lego DIY room, and a laser ride described as out of this world. The Lego 5D shows with multiple themes are loved. There is also a Lego store with huge options.
Visitors should be prepared to spend more than 4-6 hours inside. The facility has clean restrooms, a cafeteria, and a Starbucks with limited menu. An indoor play area is nice, though some wish it was more open for supervising children. Some reviews note the center can feel small and limited, with one mentioning a disappointing VR ride experience and a closed outdoor area. However, the Lego building class with a master model builder is a favorite part for many, making kiddos very excited. While some adults feel it is fun but not what they expected, it is considered an overall fun place to visit, especially if combined with other nearby attractions.

Our family of 3 got there at 10am and were able to get on the rides with little to no wait. The activities were so enjoyable and exciting. We sat and played with our 6 year old daughter, building race cars and having a ball. The staff were fantastic and kind. We greatly enjoyed all 6 hours there!

We and the kids had a great time. I would say I give it a 4 because they closed down an hour earlier than what their website says and didn't tell anyone or post at desk that tge hours were different than what we paid for when we bought the tickets on line. Every parent and customer they kicked out was upset and confused.
