Northern Lights Arcade is a popular family-friendly destination offering a variety of fun activities. The water park is a highlight, well maintained, clean, and with many great options like slides, lazy river, and hot tubs, including an adults-only area. The water temperature is comfortable, and safety is taken seriously, with lifeguards, free life jackets, and lockers available. The water park is included with the stay, providing plenty of entertainment for all ages. The hotel rooms are generally clean and near the water park, with some rooms featuring amenities like fridges, microwaves, and patios, making it convenient for families. However, some reviews mention that the rooms feel a bit old or dated, and for the price, they could be more updated and pristine. Rooms do not include free toiletries, and food prices are high, so many guests recommend bringing their own supplies or eating outside the park in nearby restaurants. Staff members are praised for being friendly, caring, and helpful, especially when resolving issues like lost items or voucher problems. The arcade offers a large selection of games, but it is considered expensive, and some guests suggest avoiding it. Additional activities include arts and crafts, dance parties, character meet-and-greets, and mini golf. The gift shop provides fun souvenirs, including wolf ears, and sometimes free treats for special occasions. Overall, Northern Lights Arcade offers a fun, more-than-just-water-park experience suitable for all ages, with many activities and friendly staff, though some areas could benefit from updates and better value for money.
It's a very fun costly place for the kids. We had a rude greeting upon check in. No soap for washing hands in the room. No way to call front desk for assistance. Beds are not true queens and old, sunken in creaky mattress. Otherwise we had a great time.

Its a fun little experience for the kiddos. Doesnt really work well for adults as much because the play space is super small. The kids loved trying to make it to the end without setting off the lights. You just have to explain the concept before starting the game because it is timed.
