“Great staycation night here. This is a large property. From my experience I can really only compare it to a Las Vegas sized hotel. They have several full service restaurants, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, on-site shopping. They have their own waterpark (only for hotel guests) on the property, but its about a half mile from the main hotel. They have a shuttle that goes back and forth to the waterpark. The waterpark is great. An area for little kids, an area for a little older/kids and a lazy river. Restaurant and bar onsite at the waterpark.Lots of things for kids to do. Check the website in advance to learn about paid art classes, cooking classes, scavenger hunts, etc.Expect to pay. Parking as of Spring 2022 was $22/day for selfpark. $20/day for resort fee. And the rooms themselves are more than comparable 4 star rooms in DT Dallas. But again, this is a large property that has more to do and amenities than you'd expect from other hotels.”

“Staycation! Kids have been talking about this place for a while. I saw Groupon and jumped for it since it was a bit cheaper. Now that I'm seeing others got rooms for $112, I feel hopped. Anyway, you can start using the water park at 1p on the day you check in even if the rooms not ready. So come with bathing suit on. My Groupon order had failed, but Aaron who was helping us was very kind and we were able to get a room. Adjusted the price for us and it was $30 more than Groupon Meh what're you gonna do? Kids were so excited and I was so grateful we got a room! Room was ready and we were able to check in rt away! Check out is 11a, but you can stay in the water park as long as you want. -go to the gift store for wolf ears. It really does feel like a little Disney :) wristband is your door key and you can purchase things with it, so be careful! - food is so expensive here. I added 2 menus just so you can check the cost. My suggestion would be to drive less than 10mins in to town and grab food. Grapevine has so many different restaurants, pizza places and fast food places. Even a target nearby to grab pop tarts and what not for hungry kids :) -staff are really friendly and caring. -bring reusable water bottles to fill up water. -most like one and done place for us, but we did thoroughly enjoy it. My kids are 11,9,5 for reference!!”

“My room was MASSIVE. I had a king size bed with a jacuzzi for about $170? Idk how many other places you can get that, but I was shocked. Great location, near a ton of food and restaurants and very close to the airport.”

“We hosted an event there and had about 100 people come in from all over the US. The place was super clean, super accommodating and really felt like the staff was family can’t say enough good things about this property overall 10 out of 10 experience.Rooms: Super Clean Rooms”

“We had a suite with balcony which turned out to be a sliding glass door to ground floor patio. Did not feel safe as it was just open to road and construction area. Lock was only a twist lock on glass door. Step stool at sinks would be nice for children. Hotel needs BETTER SIGNAGE. Perhaps lighted signs from ceiling. Especially designating guest rooms. Very confusing.Waterpark was great fun and food was expensive but good. Overall, great time with 5 kiddos.Rooms: Room were clean and stocked. Could use kid friendly sinksSafety: Loved the wristbands.Need better safety on patio doorsFood & drinks: Expensive but decent. Breakfast buffet had every choice available.”

“The young lady at the front desk by the name of Tya was over the top friendly and was able to accommodate every need we had. She earned her hotel a five star review. Thank you Tya!”
