I wanted to take a moment and rave about a service that my friend experienced! The customer service was exquisite as each customer received their own table space in addition to a bag of candy while they wait on their service to be completed. The air condition issue that she went in with was handle in a timely manner. As a bonus, they sent her on her way with a car freshener, key chain, AND a car visor!! I definitely encourage anyone to check out their shop when experiencing any car issues for a reasonable price!!”

“My wife and I drove to Euless yesterday in my work truck from about 30 miles away and had a flat about a mile away from our location. I was able to get enough air in it to get to my mother in laws house and it went flat again immediately. I retrieved the spare under the truck and it was flat too. Now I'm in a real fix. I googled nearby tire service locations and Texas Tires was nearby and I went there. The young man that waited on me was absolutely the best. He retrieved the big truck tire out of my MIL's car trunk and had it repaired in about 5 minutes and put it back in the trunk. Unbelieveable. What a great company!!”
“If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I have been unable to install one of my tires rim caps and I came here and they told me EXACTLY what to do and how to ask for them at the store. So I went and came back that same day and they helped me install it. For some reason, the screws weren’t fitting (not their fault) but they did NOT give up and send me away, they kept trying their hardest and I left with my cap on. I will definitely come see them again. He was so nice!!!! Muchas gracias!!! ?”
“My father bought 4 new tires with wheel alignment at the Forest location in April and come August the tires began to wearing uneven and he went there to make good on it. They refused to help him but he went to the Flower Mound location and the team there was very accomodating and made right on the warranty that Discount Tire was supposed to uphold. Come to find out there was no alignment done becuase the metrics were way off. I would recommend coming to this location and they will have my family and I business going forward. Way to go Flower Mound Discount Tire!”
“My tire had been losing air for quite some time, and being a female. I admit I didn’t really know where to get it fixed since it has to have something other than actual air. I stopped at discount tires in Louisville and asked them to look at it. Giorgio and the team there despite being incredibly busy, said no problem they would be happy to look at it. They had to take the tire off and imagine my surprise when 30 minutes after their closing time they came out with a smile and told me my car was ready. They had repaired it as I had a screw in it. They did not even charge me and yet had never seen me before in my life. They were so professional and friendly and fast. When I do need new tires, I know where I’m going, I’m going back to Louisville from downtown Dallas and to the same discount tires.”

“Been here many times, every time I have been very pleased with the service. I am greeted at my car when pulling up and they had my state inspection done in less than 15 mins. Sent my brother here to get lightly used tires and he was very impressed with the price and quality of the tires as well as the service. I have bought atleast 4 tires here since I drive a lot for work. Lastly, had a plug done just yesterday in, I kid you not, 10 mins and price was very reasonable.
