Richelle was a TREMENDOUS help to my mom. She took the time to really listen to us and made sure my mom understood what she was doing as she did it. She exemplified great customer care. Unfortunately that's a rare trait these days.

Very friendly tellers. Service was just a tad slow as I was from out of town and my request may have been a bit unusual involving a large sum of money, and we had to get supervisor sign off. But it was not an intolerable wait. Very pleasant transaction and I would be happy if this was my bank.
