“Made a call on Saturday and explained to Billy about how Nissan car feels while accelerating on highway and he recommended a new set of tires would help stabilize the car on the road.

I confirmed to him about setting an appointment and he said it could be done through the website for my preferred schedule.

Once I arrived I didn’t know they opened at 8 am and I arrived exactly at 2 mins before open !

I did notice the door being locked and felt a little embarrassed about being the first customer however,

Devin greeted me at the door and assured me wait time would be 20 mins since the tires I needed were in fact in stock … I figured it would be longer to replaced since online it said 20 to 47 mins … and as exactly as he said another rep pulled around with my vehicle…

before I could walk out the door I did have another rep come out and explain the benefits for being a discount tire customer and even wrote down next odometer reading to come back for a rotation …
