“Made a call on Saturday and explained to Billy about how Nissan car feels while accelerating on highway and he recommended a new set of tires would help stabilize the car on the road.
I confirmed to him about setting an appointment and he said it could be done through the website for my preferred schedule.
Once I arrived I didn’t know they opened at 8 am and I arrived exactly at 2 mins before open !
I did notice the door being locked and felt a little embarrassed about being the first customer however,
Devin greeted me at the door and assured me wait time would be 20 mins since the tires I needed were in fact in stock … I figured it would be longer to replaced since online it said 20 to 47 mins … and as exactly as he said another rep pulled around with my vehicle…
before I could walk out the door I did have another rep come out and explain the benefits for being a discount tire customer and even wrote down next odometer reading to come back for a rotation …

“Listen folks when you buy a USED TIRE !! CHECK THE SIZE YOURSELF ! Tires are not CHEAP ! Used or New . Tires are like food HIGH as HELL . I've used this shop for 4 yrs . No issues . Sure you buy a used tire and of course it can go FLAT the next day ITS USED !!! Geeze . Ever heard of anyone buying a used car and the engine blows with in the week because ITS USED !!! . God people some of yall act like you ought to be getting new tires for a used price . I just 4 used tires 360 bucks . I stood there watching them check
everything and for leaks as you should too. Go buy 4 NEW ONES for 360 bucks CANT BE DONE !! When you buy used your always taking a chance . Give me a break . Great tire shop ..I love them .”
