The branch itself has always been great but don't try to do anything without going in. There is no way to directly call the branch. If you do try to do something over the phone you'll have to talk to 3 people and still won't get resolved. If you have the time to make sure you go in.. it's a great bank.

I have been with TDECU since my kids were in elementary School, they're in their 20s now. Their employees are still the same and even more welcoming and friendly. I closed my account once because I moved to the city of Austin and opened the disappointing Wells Fargo Bank, I chose it because they have more branches, thus the 4 stars.I will give TDECU 5 Stars if they built more Branches! That's all it needs. Saves me time and gas. Overall, I'm very satisfied banking with them. Keep up the amazing job!

This is a great credit union to do business with, any problems and they go out of there way to help you see where you money mistake is. Also when watching your account if there is an unknown with drawl they do whatever to stop payment.

I have an account at the Hallettsville office. I am out of town and need to contact a person, any person, at the office regarding my account. I have called three numbers and been told there is no way I can call that office direct, unless I know one of the employees' names. I must drive two hours to speak to a credit union officer in person, it seems. Not after next week, as I will assuredly close my account with a place of business that is unreachable in a time of need. Alex Fitch
