“This is the first time we have ever had to use a body shop so we got a referral to Royce’s. With hail damage destroying the hood and roof and part of sides, plus of course the windshield, we found the BEST place to take my car. With all that needed to be done, there were a couple of delays through no fault of theirs. But Stephen stepped up and made things right. This is a very honest, family oriented business, and we do not regret using them. My car looks beautiful, like brand new! They did a fantastic job on it and we could not be happier. “These people are amazing! We must have called at least 10 kenworth or Cummins dealers, on this run! Our check engine light came on, in the middle of nowhere, No one could get us in! Having a load that was time sensitive, we couldn't sit for a week! Called MHC Kenworth, And we were in as soon as we got here! It, of course was a NOX sensor and they had on on the road so quick! Friendly staff and mechanic! Professional! I write many reviews this is from the heart! Texes people are the nicest people of any state! Thank you LONGVIEW KENWORTH!”

“The guy made an appointment for me over the phone. He couldn't give me an exact number but gave me a pretty close guesstimate. The service once I arrived was good. They had my vehicle logged in and on the lift. however it still took almost 2 hours to change 2 tires. Now... To the credit of the men doing the work. They looked like they had already had a long day and had already put in their 120%. Still almost two hours to change 2 tires is much longer than actually necessary. It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to change a tire.”
“Super nice gentleman at the front, although I got the wrong part it was both of our misunderstanding that I didnt know I had sport suspension, hopefully I won't have issues with return. But they were there to help and can find what you need at a reasonable price”
