“We were on a family vacation passi g through Texas on our way home to Kansas. We had a tire blowout in the middle of nowhere stranded. After calling for and arranging help, we were being towed to the nearest town to a tire shop that could change the tire. The driver was so polite and kind. I had my kids (5 of us total). They were able to bring a wrecker that was able to take all of us together. (Most other places only transported 2 passengers). The price was very reasonable, and the service was an absolute blessing to me and my family is our time of distress! Couldn't recommend enough!”

I had a black 2008 Chevy Tahoe that had a battery issue.. not only did he charge the battery, he helped me what was going on with the truck! I'm horrible with names, only looks. “Wonderful gas that offers ethanol free gas, the employees are fantastic as is the manager/ owner. Always friendly and down for a chat while you are there. Right now they are offering tickets for a drawing to win some outstanding prizes to help out an employee and his wife who just had 2 major life saving surgeries within a week of each other so that they can help pay the exorbitant medical bills. Best place in marshall to get fuel and the best friendly customer service.”

After hitting a deer, I took my vehicle in and Eric made the process super easy, he was very attentive and made sure i was in the loop with everything . Customer service is phenomenal!! Even though we had a little hiccup with the insurance company, Eric was an advocate for me as his customer and made sure that everything was taken care of the right way.
