“I had such a great experience with Eric and his receptionist Reagan at certified Collison . After hitting a deer, I took my vehicle in and Eric made the process super easy, he was very attentive and made sure i was in the loop with everything . Customer service is phenomenal!! Even though we had a little hiccup with the insurance company, Eric was an advocate for me as his customer and made sure that everything was taken care of the right way. The repairs look great and I am very happy with my experience at certified Collison . Needless to say If I ever need any repairs in the future i will definitely be back!”

They’ve restored headlights back to new and fixed the defroster wire on a back window so didn’t have to spend a fortune on new parts. “We were on a family vacation passi g through Texas on our way home to Kansas. We had a tire blowout in the middle of nowhere stranded. After calling for and arranging help, we were being towed to the nearest town to a tire shop that could change the tire. The driver was so polite and kind. I had my kids (5 of us total). They were able to bring a wrecker that was able to take all of us together. (Most other places only transported 2 passengers). The price was very reasonable, and the service was an absolute blessing to me and my family is our time of distress! Couldn't recommend enough!”
