“Brought my car to Vic's Auto Repair due an alternator hose busting back in February. My Dad is a mechanic, but I can't take my car almost 2 hours away from where I live now for repairs; so it was time to find someone local. It was a blessing that the hose issue happened right at the main Hallsville intersection; the shop is not even 3 minutes down the road.All in all, I am blessed to have found a place I can trust. Everyone I spoke with was respectful and went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions.My car needs some repairs again, so I will gladly bring my car here soon!”

“Talking to others in the waiting area, everyone was a returning customer. All felt work was done timely and fairly. We were pleased with our first experience, so we'll return, at least for an estimate. Really nice group of guys.Only suggestion for improvement: perhaps the TV facing the waiting area could have something other than car stuff on it.”

“I highly recommend this place!my ac decided to stop working with this heat! Ugh! I checked two places in Kilgore to get it fixed & they told me it was going to take more than a week for them to fix it & they didn’t give me details of what the problem was. I decided to check this place in lakeport. They were very busy but they took the time to help me because it was very hot & they fixed my air conditioner the same day. Also, they were very specific about what was happening to the car. Many places take advantage of women because we don't know about cars, but this place will explain exactly what's wrong with it! I highly recommend this place!!!!Thank you guys so much!!! :)”

“These guys are wonderful! Our camper had a blowout on Friday after, then the spare blew. Will actually kept the shop open a little longer so we could get there (ended up at the Moore's right next door) but we got the tires we needed ordered and they installed all of them Monday with no wait time at all. They're fairly priced and overall the employees are kind and helpful. If we ever have tire issues in Shreveport again, we will be back.Thank you guys for the friendly, quick, and knowledgeable service.”

“I needed to get my wife's car repaired.Her Scion xB is showing its age.I had a "new" starter installed earlier this year by her favorite Dallas mechanic : the Scion is no longer supported by Toyota so after market parts are available.But Rico told me to find a new mechanic locally... he didn't want to make another trip to Longview to tow it again ?.So I asked my cousin Denny where he has his Honda sports car in his garage serviced. “The guy made an appointment for me over the phone. He couldn't give me an exact number but gave me a pretty close guesstimate. The service once I arrived was good. They had my vehicle logged in and on the lift. however it still took almost 2 hours to change 2 tires. Now... To the credit of the men doing the work. They looked like they had already had a long day and had already put in their 120%. Still almost two hours to change 2 tires is much longer than actually necessary. It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to change a tire.”
