“We ran over an Allen wrench of all things and it punctured the left rear tire on our Dodge Challenger. Moores took it off and patched it FREE of charge. You don't see courtesy like this very often anywhere.. A grand THANK YOU!!”
“The guy made an appointment for me over the phone. He couldn't give me an exact number but gave me a pretty close guesstimate. The service once I arrived was good. They had my vehicle logged in and on the lift. however it still took almost 2 hours to change 2 tires. Now... To the credit of the men doing the work. They looked like they had already had a long day and had already put in their 120%. Still almost two hours to change 2 tires is much longer than actually necessary. It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to change a tire.”
“Tried NTB for a nail in my tire. Took 30 min for them to say they couldn't fix it, I just needed a new tire, the cheapest of which was over $200 (oh and an almost $200/hr labor fee). Called Lonestar and the gentleman there, Carlos, said let me take a look. I pulled up and didn't even get out of the car. He pulled the tire off, found the nail, patched the tire, aired my other tires, I paid (only $30) and was on the road again in only 10 minutes. Thanks again!”
