“I recently had the pleasure of visiting East Texas Transmission for my daughter's car, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations! My daughter attends East Texas Baptist University, and it's reassuring to know that there is a reliable and professional transmission service nearby. Jimmy, the transmission specialist, displayed an impressive depth of knowledge and honesty that is truly commendable. He took the time to explain every detail of the work needed and provided transparent, fair pricing. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. They made sure to keep me informed of the progress and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. I felt valued as a customer, and the quality of work on my daughter's vehicle was outstanding. I highly recommend East Texas Transmission to anyone in need of reliable and professional transmission services. Thank you, Jimmy and team, for your exceptional service!”
