“Had to get a new sprocket put on we called And they informed us that they were open on Sunday from 12 to 5 we showed up at 12 o’clock took them all of maybe 10 minutes to get it done and everything was done correctly. These are very nice people to work with. It was a great experience”
“Bought a new Specialized Allez from Sunrise. Called at 10:00am and was told by Evan it was still in the box. Evan was able to get the bike built the same day. Russ took care of me in the shop, and was extremely polite. He gave me a free fitting on the bike stand pictured. It felt like he actually cared about if I was comfortable on the bike, and didn't rush me. As well he gave some tips that were generally helpful to me as someone who is new. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bike.”
“The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have a greater than 20 year-old, Specialize brand 21 gear mountain bike. I needed new front and back gears and chain. The new parts were put in and the bike was cleaned up and is working very well now. It did take about a week and a half for the work to be done, but it was worth it.”

“Went in today to get my 29er wheel dialed in on my Surly. Swapping from 27.5 to 29. And a different cassette. I am not familiar with Gnot Spacing on Some Surly bikes. Not to familiar with dropouts used on Surly bikes. Come to find out I needed a Snuggnut to achieve what I was trying to do. They had it in stock. Put it on my bike. Dialed it in.”
