βReceived MOW meals at East Arlington Library and Rec Center initially in Autumn of 23. After an illness and hospitalization in early 2024, I began receiving meals at my home. Services are exemplary in all ways and really appreciate the wonderful volunteers..such pleasant folksβ

βIt is so hard to find a camp that is more than just childcare. YogiSquad created a camp that is enriching, fun, and focused on learning, mindfulness, and movement. My son loved every day and came home with fun crafts and stories. It's exciting to know that they bring this programming out into the community at underserved schools, community centers, and childcare facilities. I hope our community knows how lucky we are to have YogiSquad!β

βI can't even begin to explain what incredible women these are that run this store. They made my daughter's wedding the perfect day by helping us find her perfect dress!! Being the mother of three daughters, these women were such a huge blessing! We were able to find a bridesmaid dress as well as a formal dress for my youngest band formal. Thank you ladies!β

βI'm so very grateful for Hollie, Jaime and the education team at James West. As a family caregiver of a parent with Alzheimer's Disease, I was struggling. Mom's neurologist gave me zero information regarding the changes and decline ahead. The education team and support group saved me. They gave me hands on solutions and honest expectations of the difficult tasks ahead. The James West team has changed my caregiving for the better. They are priceless.β
βI have had 3 little chihuahuas spayed here. They are great doctors. I didn't have any problems with my girls. Their shots, heartworm, flea and tick medications are a lot cheaper. I go there each year for shots and heartworm testing and meds.

VFW Post 9190, Established in 1962, is one of the better VFW's. I do wish that when you Google them, that the Google location data provided their hours when they open up the canteen and when they close said canteen. It might be listen on their website, but unfortunately I have yet to peruse that platform as of yet, and of course before I 5 stared them and placed this long winded paragraph for everyone and anyone to enjoy my plethora of rhetorical insightful blithering banter. Regardless, I plan to hang out there, in their canteen, today, the 7th of July, 2024. I just wished it was easier to find out their hours modus operandi schedules, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera ... ?

βChriCinn Outreach Served with Better Vision Better Hope at and with Hope Farm. Amazing turnout despite the Rain early on, we were able to screen 53 children and out of the screenings able to make lots of prescription eyeglasses on the spot. Amazing Non-Profit one of the directors came by and personally thanked us and they provided shuttle service from parking spot to Hope Farm. Great time and Loved making glasses for the children that needed them! Chricinn Outreach Inc 501c3 would like to thank Better Vision Better Hope for having us volunteer and also Hope Farm for their kindness.β

βVery thankful for the Keller Lions Club having this Flag Retirement Box so that we could properly dispose of an American flag that was tattered and left by the previous homeowners when we moved in. They also have an Eye Glasses & Hearing Aid collection box if anyone needs that too.β
βToday I stopped in and had lunch. I was greeted by the kindest young man named Noah. I told him I have never been here before and I would like for him to pick my lunch entrΓ©e out, he did. Today I had the fall harvest Brussels bowl with chicken. It was excellent the chicken was wonderful and the salad had everything and more it was great. I highly recommend. Mr. Noah made my day great after spending the morning in the hospital with my father. Salute.β

βHighway hounds itβs such a great rescue in the Fort Worth, Weatherford area. The volunteers and fosters with this group try to give second chances to those that are on the euthanasia list of most shelters in the area. They try to help adopt out and transfer animals to loving homes. Such a great experience fostering for them!!! I love this rescue β€οΈβ
βHands down, the best gym in the world! They have excellent customer service, amenities, facilities, and a track. Membership is definitely worth it.One issue: parking is sometimes confusing and inconvenient.β

βAwesome group classes. Alot of classes offered for us 5 o'clock pm people that can't make it any other time. And there is even a Sunday class!!! The weight room has alot to offer also!!β
βAt Opening Doors For Women last tax year (2021) I had a wonderous experience getting my taxes done. The work they did passed the free double check, much to the chagrin of that preparer. She accused the Opening Doors preparers then proved she had been wrong. If you think she offered an apology for wasting my time while she figured it out, well, she didn't. There wasn't even a, 'thank you for coming in to let us check this for you'. I guess she knew not to say, 'see you next year'.Yesterday, 02152022, the manager at Opening Doors was just nice and so kind in the way she patiently explained the process to make sure this old woman understood there was not a need to reschedule because a conflicting appointment came up. That's such a better way of being treated, so I couldn't let them get away with their little habit of being good for two years in a row now could I!β

βThe Bunny Burrow Rabbit Rescue is an AMAZING rescue!! They put so much thought and care to each and every bunny that comes through. I adopted my bunny, Winnie (formerly November), from them in May 2024. Almost a year and a half later and I still receive any support from them I need! They also have everything you could need for a bunny there. They have the best bunny toys in store at a low price. Thereβs grooming and boarding by knowledgeable bunny owners, Winnie was boarded there and I was never worried about how she was being cared for! I couldnβt recommend this rescue to anyone enough who is looking to adopt a rabbit or needs anything for their rabbits.β
