Extremely rude, poor customer service. The sales guy tried to force my wife into buying a more expensive Samsung phone after she repeatedly told him no and claimed they didn't have the less expensive Moto G that she wanted until I pointed it out. He also tried to force us to change plans to a more expensive plan claiming that our current plan is too old. We left and went to a different location where we were able to get the phone she wanted and stay on our current plan with no changes and without any problems. The guys at this location are liars and scammers.

Employee tried telling me for one line with a free phone it will be around $145.00. Stay away from this place. It was a 2024 motorolla. When i told him how was it that much if the unlimited plan was 60$ the highest. He said it was $75. I told him no thank you. Then he says how much are you willing to spend? They are trying to get money from you with no reason. There is too many metros to go to. For people to be paying extra for the employees that want to make easy money

I was very pleased with the service here. I had went to a store before here and was deneyed every service that could of been done. Here Ray spent hours helping me with my problem as well as Babu. Come visit this store and you'll definitely come here always.

awesome service everytime I go in there. I usually deal with Ray, he is not your typical high pressure sales guy that's just trying to make a sell. He is actually there to help you and work with you the best he can. 10 stars for Ray!!!!
