I tried to pay my bill the guy there was rude, and the costumer service was horrible. They made changes on my account that they w weren't supposed too. I don't recommend this store to anyone

Me and my family went into the store to do price checks between boost mobile and walk out with 2 new phone and services all thanks to Ray! This men was the definition of greatest. Great customer service, great salesmen, great Communicationer, great lister, great multi-tasker, great at greeting every customer that walked in and over all great approach. I have recommended this location to all my friends and familie. And also took the time out to do a review which I never do. But I needed someone in upper management to see how great Ray is doing. Ray The Johnson Family really really appreciate the time you gave us. From breaking everything down for us. And not leaving with just a price check or one phone but 2 new phone with full activation service. And also sorry I'm so late leaving a review but I told you I would because you deserve everyone to take 5 minutes out there day to do this for you. When your always putting in 100% within your job and customers.. @Merto you guys have a great one here. Keep him please!!!! Thank you Ray

Came in to purchase the phone. He told me the only way I can get. The phone for the deal was to purchase online. Which in reality you cannot purchase it online. You have to go in Store to have the deal. He just did not want to sell me the phone for the deal price

When I went in it was almost like I was an issue being there, I came in to try and get service for a phone that I had received from a roommate of mine. He has told me that I might as well get a new phone cuz they were free.... Ya 200$ later with as rude as he was I was surprised I even went threw with it in all honesty. Oh and it gets better I had to call customer support due to me cracking my screen, the lady on the phone was the only one I've been impressed with so far but when she was trying to help me and transfer me to another agent for the issue that agent hung up on me. So far it's been a fail.

If I could give no stars, I would. The old Asian guy dint want to listen or try to help look at what was wrong with my parents phone. All he told me to fo was to call Google customer service and delete the account. Why would I need to call Google to delete their account when the phone is the issue. He didn't even bother to offer to look and try to see what was wrong with the phone and when I ask him anything, he kept saying I needed to call Google. Very rude man, and he should not be working there if he don't know anything about respect and helping others on their phone. I never do reviews, but I had to for this one! I went to another location, and they were very nice and respectfully helped me looked over their phone issues with no problem!
