“I had a terrible wait time recently at Ace Hardware off Basswood BLVD—over 15 minutes with no employee coming to help, even though I was told someone would be out and I was the only customer. Then I found this U-Haul location. I called and spoke with a very friendly woman, and they had me taken care of in under 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place for propane refill services.”

“$15 to fill up propane bottles AND you get more than you would at big box and other locations. Not just a great value but also locally owned and very welcoming staff both in the office and the fill station!”

“Sometimes you just need a neighborhood hardware store and Elkins is just that. Not every job calls for the big box stores, the staff at Elkins are friendly and helpful and willing to offer options for solutions that may still direct you away from their store. They are the ace in the back pocket for that one- or two-off item(s) you may need.”

“UPDATE: I used to have a unit here. The staff is helpful, and there's almost always some carts to use. Good location. Just rented a truck from here and the staff was super helpful. When it turned out I needed a bigger truck, they quickly exchanged it out and got me going. Great service!”

“This facility is very clean has climate control storage units with carts and an elevator to make your move in easier. Ashley, the manager, and the staff has 5 stars from me for excelling in customer service. Ashley went above and beyond to insure I had all I needed before leaving. The manager which I forgot what his name is lol but was great as well. I ran over my time but they made sure everything was good and worked with me.”

“Pinnacle Propane provides excellent customer service. They took my order to refill my propane tank and the driver came out the next morning. David Mars was exceptionally polite and helpful. I was having trouble with the lock on our gate and he immediately stepped in and helped. He was not familiar with lighting our pilot light for the gas fireplace but called someone else to get instructions. He then explained the procedure thoroughly. My wife and I appreciate his taking the time and extra steps to make sure we had the best customer experience. He is a great asset to the company.”
