After over a year of trying to offload some old copies of Fangoria magazine I was finally able to get a really excellent deal here, and had to force myself not to turn around and spend it all in store! “Avery is the best rc enthusiast/shop owner I've ever met. Like seriously nice guy. My kid was smiling like he is now when we went to the shop and my nephew has joined in. 9 hours in one day. Didn't even ask for a break or their Nintendos none of it. Trainville is where it's at for them. Fully recommend this to enhance your kids imagination over their tablets and such. “Stumbled on this place last year and what began as a place to dig in the $2 bins turned into one of my favorite places to go. Great prices, super clean store, open floor but well stocked so it’s comfortable browsing, and the guys behind the counter are great fun to talk to and kill some time with. I begrudgingly recommend shopping here, only because I’m selfish and want to keep the secret for myself.Also I found it very commendable they hired a guy that obviously needed it. (Beard and giant chains, usually a ball cap)Also check out their Facebook! Two weekly streams to get your new comics and one for back issues and other awesome items. Jeez that sounds like a plant. I assure you it’s not, I’m just a happy customer.”

“The Happy Lark saved our Christmas! We bought our son a Micro Maxi foldable scooter from *unnamed big box store* in early December. When it arrived nearly 2 weeks later, we opened it only to find out they sent the wrong item. By that time (Dec. 16), the Micro scooter was sold out or unavailable until after Christmas everywhere.Thankfully we stumbled across The Happy Lark, who showed 2 left in stock in the color we wanted. We weren’t sure it would arrive by Christmas Eve, but the website said they usually ship in 1-2 days and we figured we had nothing to lose by that point.We ordered it Dec. 16 and it arrived Dec. 19! We had plenty of time to get it wrapped and can’t wait for our son to open it. Lesson learned - shop small businesses first! Thank you to The Happy Lark. We will be return customers!”

“Super anime outlet has to be one of the best stores in Arlington that sells anime and figures. The figures are amazing quality and HUGE and they always have Funko pops even the ones that are newly released. I go every Friday and find what I want, sometimes I even walk out with way more than I planned to get because there’s so much cool stuff there that I want to buy. The store isn’t the only thing that’s amazing, the service is also amazing, the people that work there are all so nice and patient with all of their customers. I always get greeted in with kindness and respect that it makes me feel welcomed and want to come back again and again. This place is amazing i honestly can’t stop going and getting what i want for my collection!”

“Love this place! It’s always clean and the staff is friendly. The self checkouts are no longer self checkouts (like all other retailers) but that’s fine I like the personal experience and don’t feel like a hurd of cattle being run through there.”
“Was pleased with my first trip there! I got a brand new baby tub and also a used diaper genie for less than $25 and it would’ve been almost $100 if bought off my baby registry. The cashier was super nice and explained a lot of how the business works to us!”
“A really great store! The people are always amazing, and they have some awesome stuff. It is a little annoying that they have such a small incense supply, and that is my main reason to go there, outside of gifts for people, but I mean it's not really even a huge market so I didn't really expect it to, other than that several other locations had a lot. It's still not something I would take stars off for.”

Be warned that if you take the kids with you, you will be spending extra money because it's full of TOYS. The staff is hit or miss on friendliness, but that doesn't stop me from going.”

“This place is still open! I remember when I was younger going to the clearance sell when the store was closing. By apparently the reopened back in April of 2023. They usually closed down after the holidays to restock but have since opened back up. The store is not what it used to be but if you are ever in the Fort Worth area make sure to check this spot out! The service was amazing and the had a very wide selection of toys, including barbie, hot wheels, etc. They are usually 50% of there original stickers price! Such a hidden gem!”

“Had a great variety of items to choose from and I actually found the items that were on sale I was looking for. My friend had never been to an Ollie's so she was like a kid in a candy store LoL. We hit every Isle and we both came out with a shopping cart full of goodies. If I'm ever in the area I'll definitely be back to this location”
