“The online reservation was so simple I called to make sure it went through. They confirmed details over the phone and had paperwork ready when I arrived. They were great about removing the taxes since it was for a church trip. I was in and out in >30 minutes. I rented the larger Ford van, which was clean and in great shape. The kids love the space and commented how comfortable the seats were. Overnight drop-off was a bonus so I didn't have to be there early the next day. Definitely will consider this for future trips, especially from this location!!”

“When I was first greeted into the store I was greeted by a young man His greeting felt comforting and like he was willing to help me out. Once me and my wife got to the desk however the mood changed completely. I had a hard time understating if the person at the front desk was a man or a woman but then after reading their name tag I realized their name was Nancy, Nancy was extremely rude and kept antagonizing my wife. Nancy proceeded to cut me off while I was talking and I sensed a bad attitude from her and talked to us like we were dumb or confused, overall not a very good experience especially coming from the supposed manager. Getting our trailer however was a completely different experience, Alejandro (the young man that greeted my family) was very caring and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident as this would be the first time I towed a trailer across the country. He also proceeded to give detailed instructions on how I would disconnect the trailer and reconnect it as I mentioned to him that I would be doing so. I was so grateful for Alejandro and his ability to help a struggling old man like me and would encourage a sort of raise or promotion opportunity for this young man. Overall I feel the management may need some work (per my interaction with Nancy) but the good man who helped me that day truly made my stressful moving day a whole lot better.
