“Excellent customer service and follow through. Rented a 6x12 enclosed "RV" trailer, as they call it, and the experience was excellent from pick up to drop off (and completed on same day). The UHaul employee meets you by the trailer and hooks it up for you at pick up and drop off. All you have to do is click on the text link which walks you through condition of trailer - very easy. The manager Jennifer was very polite and helpful, as this was for me an alternate location not originally chosen, she went above and beyond. Thank you.”
