I paid the new amount in Sept. & Oct., begrudgingly. I am a senior and with the Texas overwhelming heat, I just couldn’t manage moving all my storage to another location. Then I decided to say something about it to Steve. He immediately said he would help. He got on the computer and requested consideration of a price adjustment, which was approved.
