“I went to this place because of all the reviews in here stating that they were honest and fair when pricing car repairs. While the receptionist lady was really sweet and friendly, I have to say I felt ripped off when they expected me to pay $750 for replacing the alternator on a 2013 Chevy Traverse. I knew the part only costs $170 at Oreillys, and I really felt disrespected by this place and their outrageous costs. I was charged $92 for their diagnosis, and they even forgot to place back the motor's plastic cover which I had to recover from them the following day. Never again will I be returning to this place.”

“I have never rated any businesses before and I would like to say that I just picked up my vehicle from Tom’s garage and I will have to say that this is the second time I have taken it down there for different items and they have done a wonderful job the first time and the second time I would recommend this shop to anybody who needs to have there vehicle serviced or repaired. They are excellent. My vehicle now runs better than it has in a long time they are a great group of employees. I had to take my vehicle to Tom’s for another problem and they got on it and had the Alternator replaced and back on the road. It runs great. I give Tom’s another 5 Stars, Great job Well Done.”

“I had another mechanic tell me I needed a new engine for my car and I took my car here for a second opinion. The mechanic looked over my car for 10 minutes and found a loose sensor. He plugged it in and it was working fine. These are good, honest folk who don't try to rip you off like other shops around here. I literally haven't been able to sleep for the past 2 days I was so worried about my car and being able to replace it. I am so relieved, thank you, thank you and thank you again. You have forever earned my business for as long as I'm in the area.”

With all the things he did the price didnt change, was a very good price to start with, the car turned out like new. She is very happy with this shop and highly recommends his services. “These folks are awesome. We were from out of town visiting family and were leaving the next morning. We had some issues come up with our RV that absolutely needed repair before we left. I called up first thing in the morning fully expecting not to be able to be seen. David was able to work with the mechanics and squeeze us in. They finished up before the end of the day and we were able to depart the next morning All the repairs were completed and at a very reasonable price. Thank you all”
“I scheduled a next day appointment @ 10:30am for an oil change, brought it in at 10:20am and it was ready by 11:30am. Definitely not a quick 15 minute service like some other oil change places BUT the total cost was only $60 for full synthetic oil change for a 2016 toyota corolla. The service was good and we were able to get updates via text as the vehicle was being worked on. If you’d like to save some money and have some time to spare (or some shopping to do), I’d recommend coming to Walmart for your oil change.”
