“Caliber has been wonderful to work with these last 6 weeks. My incredible experience started with Etienne & his professionalism. Etienne from moment one was beyond personable, had great attention to detail & was very knowledgeable, which gave me immediate confidence that the job would be done right. He definitely went above and beyond to keep me updated weekly via text, ensure all repairs were up to his standards and was very helpful at pick up with transferring car seats and answering questions and covering all the details that were repaired. Another part of my pleasant experience was Becca & Trinity at the front desk. Every time I called or walked in, they had a smile on their face, spoke with clarity and was very considerate. As a small business owner myself of 17 years, I appreciate solid customer service and Caliber delivered on every front.”
“The service desk, in particular Devlin Smith, did an outstanding job. The wait was necessary , and comfortable. And the work was completed successfully (as far as I now know). Man who answered the phone in Parts expressed an overly casual attitude. I asked if the part I needed had come in, and his response was, “Looks like it.” Really? As in “Maybe so, maybe not, I can’t really tell from this angle, and I don’t feel like going over and really checking as if it were a part for my own vehicle.””

“Was directed to this location by a mailers received. Im so glad I took the chance. I took in an old vehicle we are working on for my son. We do most of our own work at home but there are some things we can't do. Like alignments etc. I was given an immediate appointment and everyone was so kind when I went in. They were extremely helpful, didnt over sell me and even pointed out a safety issue that I had completely overlooked!! (Check your dates on your spare tires, friends!!) At the end of it, I left knowing that they would be the mechanics I use going forward! You should try them too!”

“I walked in and within seconds Ben greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained that I ran over something and needed my tire plugged. He immediately took my keys, pulled the car in, and got it inspected. Christian then removed the object and plugged the tire on the spot.
The entire process took less than 15 minutes. I was in and out fast, and they genuinely helped me in a stressful situation. Ben and Christian went above and beyond, and I honestly feel like they saved my life.

“HOURS: They are GREAT, they’re open 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM every day except Sunday when they are closed.
BATHROOM: Unisex bathroom available, and it was clean, had toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and there was an open trash can near the door (easy to drop a paper towel into after opening the door).
PAPERWORK: This was a newly purchased used vehicle, and updating the new owner information was easily conducted by a technician scanning the back of my Texas drivers license.
LOBBY: The lobby was clean and had 6 chairs & 3 end tables for customer use. There was an approximately 42” tv in the corner which was broadcasting CBS News 24/7. Free coffee & hot chocolate available in the lobby.
STAFF: I was helped & continually updated by Albert, a grey-bearded gentleman.
2A: I observed no restrictions to legally carried weapons.
COST/PRICES: I was quoted a reasonable & expected price before any work began; the price held minus a military discount.
ACCESSIBILITY: There is a sloped, wheelchair accessible ramp leading to the front door (the locked one) but since the door opens out, I’m not sure how accessible the facility is. There are also grab bars adjacent to the toilet. The bathroom door seems wide and easily accessible.
SAFETY ISSUE! There were 3 exits from the lobby, but what one might consider the main or front door was locked (there was a twist knob on the inside, beside the “door must remain open during business hours” placard.
One of the remaining doors led to the back of the business and the third led to the maintenance bays, and those doors were unlocked. BTW, the employees knew the main/front door was locked because upon arrival, they motioned for me to enter through an open maintenance bay door. The door was fully functional and Albert even unlocked it and exited to assist another customer during my visit. At no point was I worried about being trapped in the lobby; this was just a moment in time observation.”

“I recently visited One Stop Tire Shop to swap out my right front tire. The shop is located at 1301 E Rancier Ave, and it's easy to find and access. It was a straight shot off of Fort Cavazos.
The owner and staff at One Stop Tire Shop were incredibly friendly and professional. Their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction was evident throughout my visit.
The technician at One Stop Tire Shop did an excellent job with my tire swap. The quality of their work is top-notch, and I feel confident driving knowing my tires are in good hands. The work was done super fast.
The tires for my car are expensive and in sizes that most places don't have on hand. So, I try to order them online. My car is also AWD, so I try to match tread depth side to side when ordering replacement tires. The prices at One Stop Tire Shop are very reasonable. They offer competitive rates for their services, and I felt that I received great value for the money.

“The mechanics and the staff have at Al’s are, so friendly with great customer service…..They go beyond the call of duty to resolve your automotive needs at a very reasonable price….My issue was a heating issue that was supposed to be fixed by another automotive shop that I took it to and it wasn’t completely fixed, although they had my vehicle for over a week and a half, and the amount of money I spent with them….Al’s felt my pain from me spending my money from the other shop not correcting the problem and he knew I couldn’t really afford to spend to much more money, so he did an alternative solution to completely fix my heat and it worked…So, if you are looking for a group of professional qualified and skilled mechanics to take care of all your automotive needs and at a reasonable price please go to them….. I am not a commercial, but I am telling you what I know and experienced firsthand…They just don’t care for your vehicle, but they care for you as a customer because they are a family owned business that truly cares and they are not out to just get your money….They are professionals That’s why they have been here in business for decades.
