“I don’t know why such a low rating. I’ve not had ANY issues. My account got hacked so I had to go inside and get a new debit card. It was a LOT faster than I expected. From time in to back out to my car it was MAYBE 10 minutes and that’s only because I had to wait my turn in line to give my information. I would rather deal with Navy Fed than the other four letter credit union.”

“I've used this bank for years. Pretty good considering they're open seven days a week for most of the year, minus holidays. Anyhow the account is free. Locations are across Texas. I can't ask for much else.”

I ended up at the Harker Heights branch more than a year ago after consistently being frustrated with the Temple location. As long as Cindy is working there, this will be my branch of choice.
