“I don’t know why such a low rating. I’ve not had ANY issues. My account got hacked so I had to go inside and get a new debit card. It was a LOT faster than I expected. From time in to back out to my car it was MAYBE 10 minutes and that’s only because I had to wait my turn in line to give my information. I would rather deal with Navy Fed than the other four letter credit union.”

“My experience with this bank is 100% better than at the Temple branch where I had previously conducted my business. I am a private client, so I deal with the bankers more than the tellers. My personal banker currently is Cindy, who conducts herself as a consummate professional - always friendly, calls clients to set appointments when necessary, offers options, and respects her clients. I ended up at the Harker Heights branch more than a year ago after consistently being frustrated with the Temple location. As long as Cindy is working there, this will be my branch of choice.
