“Rare i give a place 5 stars. Everyone has different experiences. Mine was great from day 1. Got my car turned in on a Tuesday morning got it back Friday afternoon. The price was good better than other places who quoted higher. Ill be coming back to this place again for future fixes. They do detail the car which was a surprise to me.”

“I found this place with a 5-star review on Yelp so I decided to give it a try. The mechanic Darrin was very easygoing and accommodating. He fixed my catalytic converter with reasonable charge. They do diagnose for free and give you a detailed report, you can leave with the report if you have a second thought or just wanna get different quotes from other shops. (Some places in Killeen would ask for money just to run diagnosis). Came in later for multiple times cause my rmp raves up at random, and Darrin did multiple tests to locate the issue. I really appreciate it.I had a very positive experience with Best Body and Paint, I don't really leave Google Reviews but BBP went beyond and above, I'd recommend this place.”

“I had a great experience with this repair shop and really appreciated their honesty and professionalism.
They performed a diagnostic on my vehicle and determined that they believed the fuel pump was the issue. They told me they could repair it themselves, but they also made sure I knew there was a recall on the fuel pump and that the dealership should be able to repair it for free. They absolutely could have kept that information to themselves and charged me for the repair, so I was very impressed that they were upfront with me and pointed me toward the dealership instead. That kind of honesty goes a long way and really earned my respect.
I also had a great experience while waiting for the tow truck to arrive. I had previously told the two ladies in the front office that I was waiting for a tow truck, but they had gone to lunch when another employee saw me sitting in my black SUV outside. When the tow truck arrived, he immediately came over in his truck to make sure everything was legitimate. I explained that my gray Honda Odyssey was the vehicle being picked up and that the front office could confirm it. He immediately understood, smiled, said no worries, and backed up.
While it initially caught me off guard, I actually appreciated that he was paying attention and looking out for the vehicles on their lot. It showed me that they take their customers’ vehicles and the security of the property seriously.
Overall, I was very impressed with the honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail from the staff. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a repair shop they can trust.”

With all the things he did the price didnt change, was a very good price to start with, the car turned out like new. She is very happy with this shop and highly recommends his services. I will be visiting soon to see about the hail damage on my truck hood.”
