“So.. I decided to use this body shop because it was an authorized shop for my insurance. They informed me it would take until about September 22 for my car to be completed. I hit debris on the highway and damaged the under carriage of my 21 Hyundai Sonata. Imagine my surprise when the work was completed before the deadline promised. When I went to pick up my car, that’s where the problems began. I saw what looked like it might be my car, but this car look fresh off the showroom floor. No way this was my car. The keys unlocked the door, but this car was too fancy to be mine. How do you pick up your car and it looks better than you remembered?!! Sorcery!!! High Quality Collision has a forever customer in me!!! Superb work, guys!!!!!”

Answered immediately and was very accommodating , Zach was able to get me in right away and changed my spark plugs and coils within 30 mins.
This shop was a big relief to me and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

“Rare i give a place 5 stars. Everyone has different experiences. Mine was great from day 1. Got my car turned in on a Tuesday morning got it back Friday afternoon. The price was good better than other places who quoted higher. Ill be coming back to this place again for future fixes. They do detail the car which was a surprise to me.”
“I found this place with a 5-star review on Yelp so I decided to give it a try. The mechanic Darrin was very easygoing and accommodating. He fixed my catalytic converter with reasonable charge. They do diagnose for free and give you a detailed report, you can leave with the report if you have a second thought or just wanna get different quotes from other shops. (Some places in Killeen would ask for money just to run diagnosis). Came in later for multiple times cause my rmp raves up at random, and Darrin did multiple tests to locate the issue. I really appreciate it.I had a very positive experience with Best Body and Paint, I don't really leave Google Reviews but BBP went beyond and above, I'd recommend this place.”

“Took my truck in to get a door ding repaired after I made several attempts to fix it myself. I work in the oil fields and my truck gets really dirty. So I took my truck in to Tony's, and they did a nice job on the door, and blended the paint nicely. But what REALLY GOT ME was the fact that they took the time to clean my trashed truck, both inside and out! I was dreading having to clean my truck once I got it back but when I picked it up I was so pleasantly surprised that they had cleaned all the dust off the dash and door panels and vacuumed the seats! Additionally, they had promised to have my truck finished in about a week and a half. They got it done in 3 days! I love these guys. They're one of the few businesses in Killeen who know how to work and how to give good customer service! I'm thoroughly impressed!”

“Great experience. We brought my cousin's SUV in for a second opinion after visiting another big name collision shop and the difference was night and day. Gerber's damage assessment was far more thorough. They caught several damaged parts the other shop completely missed and manager clearly explained exactly what was wrong with the electrical components and suspension parts. Their honesty and attention to detail made us feel so much more confident moving forward. Highly recommend getting a second opinion here before trusting another shop.”

“Christine, the CSR, was extremely helpful throughout the process of getting my mother’s vehicle scheduled for repair. She kept me informed and made everything so easy.
My mother was extremely happy that her vehicle was ready so quickly. At 86 years old, driving a rental vehicle that she wasn’t familiar with was stressful for her, so getting her car back quickly meant a lot to both of us.

“This is location is by far the best in central Texas! Originally I took my car for repairs at the Caliber in cove and was completely unhappy with the repairs. So I brought it to this Killeen location and they fixed the repairs that were botched by the other location. I am 100% happy with the repairs and the customer service I received from this Caliber Collision.”
