“Lina is the sweetest and most helpful person!! I was just in this location and trying to get my 15 month old son his first pair of shoes. I was struggling trying to figure out what size he needed and he was not wanting to sit still for me. Lina came right over and helped me get the right size and fit. She was so kind and so gentle with my son as we tried a few different pairs on him. We ended up finding 2 pairs that fit perfectly. I am so grateful to her and without her I probably would have just left crying and without shoes. Thank you Lina”

Since I’ve gained weight rapidly, it was quite difficult to find clothes that fit me. While I was trying on many outfits, a kind and attentive female staff member named Adriana (or Adrianna) helped me with such genuine care. She made the shopping experience comfortable and welcoming, showing thoughtfulness without being pushy. Thanks to her support, we were able to shop at our own pace. Although I ended up spending more than I had planned, I was very satisfied with the experience. Knowing that there are staff members like her makes me want to visit the store again. I’m truly grateful.”
