Had to have my iPhone screen replaced. Luckily my cost was covered by T-mobile insurance :-) and CPR provided great service.

Excellent customer service. On this occasion the could not get this information off my phone because I smashed the motherboard when I dropped it. But they did try and in the end charged me nothing. So I appreciate and trust them.
